Thank you so very much! I had a very hard day today. I just started counseling. She said I wasn't nuts just had a lot of stress I don't know how to release. This is helping me sleep deep without nightmares! What a great step towards peace. Thanks guys❣️

Defeats the purpose of you’re already having trouble sleeping and get frightened to death by TWO ads playing before this. Too upset to watch.

We will say this as many times as we have to :) We *only* place an ad prior to the meditation. We know well that being interrupted defeats the purpose. But KZread have full control, and sometimes they place them, nit just on ours but all across KZread. We can do nothing about it, sadly

Ully, if you purchase the Premium version of youtube the ads never appear. Well worth it. I listen to lots of music, as well as the sleep meditations, and I can’t stand those interruptions. Be well!
