I'm in a similar situation. I've never been as depressed as I was for 2 years. I'm just starting to get my strength back after being in bed so long and the honest guys have definitely been a great guide for meditating for me. I know how difficult this can be so I just want to say I am so very proud of you! You did great 👍 👏 💜 I, too, hope to be able to grow beyond the trauma, grief, depression, anxiety and insomnia that has had such a hold on me for so long!

This is the most incredible thing I have ever head as the voice is like a whisper in my ears and the aliveness of the sounds feel so real all my senses engage. Sadly I fell asleep within the first 15 min and didn’t hear the rest but wow wow wow 🙏🏻💕

One year later, this is still my go-to comfort video when I need to decompress and bask in the warmth of the autumn sounds, the fire, the plaintive howl of the wind and the steady patter of rain. I just curl up with my little dog and relax in the deep comfort of your cozy cabin. Autumn is my favorite season. The mention of Applewood led me to try Applewood smoked bacon. Yum! I also just discovered your site on Facebook which brings me such peace and beauty. You Honest Guys are a blessing in this troubled world. You are an anchor of calmness and sanity when I'm adrift in the tumultuous ocean of discord. Thank you and bless you for your important work! I hate being aware of my breathing, makes me anxious. so i skipped that part but the rest of the video is sooo good

The first two times I listened to this I fell asleep after a few minutes - which isn't a bad thing at all, but I really wanted to listen to it! I've successfully listened to it today, and it's great. Autumn is my favourite time of the year, and while we're heading for summer here in Australia it's nice to visit that favourite time in imagination. Thank you.

It’s never a bad thing to fall asleep, I have several times. I think if you become relaxed enough (and you need to sleep, your body and mind know it and you just do) it is relaxing and healing in its own way. :)

So far this is my favorite meditation for autumn season. have been desperate for sleep last few weeks and having started a new job, it was essential to sleep. i use a lot of meditation, but couldn't find anything on here that worked. I wish I could rate this story, and rave about the content of it as your write up sounds good. However I just cant because for the last two nights I have been asleep before the breathing exercises are finished. Not sure what it is about your voice / music but for me it works. Thank you.
