Кстати если покопаться, то менталитет и характер русского и поляка почти одинаков. И кое-кто это хорошо использует, чтобы столкнуть народы. Как сказала одна немка из берлинского кафе : Наглых беженцев из Африки бьют и ставят на место только Русские и Поляки - это уже о многом говорит! Мир вашему дому !

I visited Russia several times, and I found their people to be the nicest and most hospitable I have ever met: Honest, willing to be helpful and sociable. I am German, nobody ever called me a Nazi or Hitler or a Fascist. Yet they showed me in the museums what Russia looked like after the war. With twenty seven million casualties and half of the country being totally devastated. I had tears in my eyes, and today I understand why the Russians are so cautious and suspicious about being faced with some thirty Nato armies that are gathering in front of their gates. Europe should cooperate with Russia instead of playing the poodle in Uncle Sam's military Monopoly. Mankind cannot afford another war, that would be the end of everyone.

@@SamsRussianAdventures I have been to Velikyi Novgorod, Wladimir, St.Peterburg, Moscow, Pskow, Kostroma and some smaller cities. The character of the people is the same everywhere. They have a high sense of education, culture, philosophy, music and literature. And they are very honest about history and absolutely fair about even the negative and critical sides of their own. Totally open minded ! I'd never had expected that. Putin must have done a good job in the past twenty years....The country has improved a lot!

I am living in Spb, my Russian is very very limited, and still people has been very nice with me, if I needed help, they always helped me, they were even nicer when I was pregnant, russians respect and they consider a lot a pregnant women, can tell so many nice stories, russians are great people!

The western governments don’t hate Russian, they just pretend to hate them so that their citizens will hate Russia and then Russia can be blamed for the problems in the country! Nobody hates the Americans for invading X country because the event is just portrayed differently. Russia is pretty much the same as it was a year ago. McDonald’s has a different name and Coca-Cola rebranded but everything else is the same.

I can say my friends and the people I've met and spent time with are the warmest people I've ever met. They still cherish art, music and literature. my husband and i had the privilege of visiting russia in 2021. he competed at an a fitness expo in siberia. everyone we met and spoke with was absolutely lovely and we have kept in touch with many of our friends. we hope to go back and experience more of russia! i will not allow anyone to talk poorly of the russian people. the russophobia breaks my heart.

Wht is not true? That there is little room for black african gay people in the country? Fu ck off, yea sure russians hav good sides and not every russian is the same like anywhere in this world. Tell me something new. But there are some inherently bad things about russian culture. Firstly orthodox church and how its 1 on 1 with russian army. Russian ignorance and a political type of nature. As an American, I have I have been fought since birth that Russia as a whole was the enemy. Unfortunately, I bought into the lies until I was 19. Now today, I realize how amazing a humble Russians are no matter what the media says. SAM im living in England for 17 years .Im from eastern europe.Im not russian but I do speak russian language and I learned it while I was working with people for many years who teached me ,Russians are amazing people , Seeing your videos I feel that im in wrong country. Im not feeling myself so good in England , people are also nice and friendy but still something is diferent, that kindeness and smiles are not that natural..people saying to you hello how are you? and not even looking at you .. shacking hands between 2 guys is so rare.. and many other things..not talking about young generation in UK ..looks absolutely degenarated not educated useless . sorry if im wrong . ) my dream is to live in Russia its closer to my soul .european life style is not for me

My dream is to live in Russia too. And I am Russian. Unfortunately stuck here , my son is half English. I’m in between two worlds. Which is the worst position to take. I hate it in here. All false. Love what you’re doing! As an American, I recently I found out that what I thought I knew, was entirely untrue. Our media portrayed this image of an oppressed people, living in fear under dictatorship. I could laugh at that now, if only it weren’t so conniving. Russia is for friendship between peoples, many nationalities live in Russia with their culture and language. Russia treats everyone equally and wants everyone to live in harmony and no one dominates everyone else. Rule’s in Europe and other countries who have imposed sanctions, these people are dependent on the United States. Besides, all of Europe is occupied by America, their military bases are everywhere. Russia respects the citizens of any country in the world, but not the government of those countries that are corrupt and dependent on the US and Britain.

After watching your video I noticed myself smiling and then thinking, as humans (ordinary humans, not politicians) we are all pretty much the same, we simply want to get on with our lives without any trouble. Привет Сэм и всем Россиянам из Казахстана, Алматы. Видео супер:) Надоело видеть ваших гламурных певцов и хвастливых блогеров, а вот такое видео показывает спокойную, нормальную жизнь! Главное показывают правду. Это точно. Как то один иностранец с Испании со мной аж ругался, а то потом и вовсе блокнул ) меня в фейсбуке за то, что я сказала что-то на русском языке ему. Прошу заметить это был не мат, а обычная фраза. А он оказался просто русофоб. ). А вообще смешно, просто нинавидеть целый народ за ни за что. Есть хорошая поговорка, вот я об этом ему и писала. Нет плохой наций, есть плохие люди! Всем нам добра!

Ich bin in einem Dorf aufgewachsen, das Teil der deutschen Wolgaregion war, außerdem bin ich in einem alten deutschen Haus aufgewachsen, das über 200 Jahre alt ist, unser Dorf hat viel Holz- und Steinarchitektur aus der Zeit, als die Deutschen hier lebten, sogar ein Kirchengebäude, das in ein Kulturzentrum umgewandelt wurde, sogar in der Schule habe ich Deutsch gelernt, obwohl ich es überhaupt nicht kann xD Und das alles in der Region Saratow. Das Lustige ist, dass Deutsch als Sprache für mich erst nach der Schule interessant wurde, weil ich anfing, Ramstein zu hören. Ich wollte nur eine kleine Geschichte eines Mädchens aus Russland erzählen, das seit seiner Kindheit von so viel Deutsch umgeben war. я выросла в селе, которое было частью нем Поволжья, более того я выросла в старом немецком доме которому давно за 200лет, у нас в селе много как деревянной так и каменной архитектуры оставшийся со времён когда тут жили немцы, даже здания церкви которое было переделано в дом культуры есть, даже в школе я учила немецкий хотя и не знаю его по итогу хД И это всё в Саратовской области. Забавно, что немецкий как язык мне стал интересен только после школы, так как начала слушать рамштайн. Просто хотела поделиться маленькой историей девушки из россии которую с детства так много окружало немецкого.

I really enjoy your walks around Vladimir and how you show that Russians are friendly social people. I am an American who moved to St Petersburg 22 years ago and have loved every minute of it. It is so easy to meet people even in a large city like SPb because everyone is down to earth, social, hard working and open to strangers. I often go out from my city center home and just walk with no particular plan because I know I will meet interesting people and end up doing whatever they are doing. I go to clubs to dance, or pubs to chat with new friends or just take photos of the beautiful city and end up meeting girls I take photos of on the street,parks, cafes, clubs, drama theaters, opera housing, museums. I have formed more sincere friendship than I ever had back in the US, which is not so friendly of a society that is very divided into 1000 factions and each hates all 999 other factions, it you have different views, someone is going to be very angry. People here can have different views, religions, races, gender etc and be fully accepting of others. One of my best friends, a beautiful actor for films and stage as been here about a year from Vladimir. I met her at a film premire and then did a number of photo sessions with her, and her actor girlfriends who had formed a production company to produce a film. I work with a lot of actors doing portfolio sessions, head shots etc for casting directors in Moscow. Line theater is very popular here so the 250 or so drama theaters have work for the many actors, but many want to transition to cinema so we set up master classes for 20-60 actors for each 2-3 day classes twice a month. Most are females from 6 to 70 with most 20 to 36. My own field for decades was recording engineer, and owner of a large very successful recording studio complex, until I gave everything away in 2000 and moved to St Petersburg, a city I first visited in 1976 when it was still using the Soviet name Leningrad. I visited many times in the 90s and after Putin was elected and seemed to tackle the serious corruption and put the economy on a growth path, I felt more comfortable moving here with no backup plan or much money. It has been the best choice for me, I love it, and it is a great place to live, particularly if one is interested in culture with its world leading museums, ballet, opera, drama, classical music, stunning architecture, ease of living, great personal freedom and very low cost of living. I have been in 92 countries so I have something to compare SPb against. You are providing needs perspective on a society that is constantly lied about in western press, and by politicians in US and UK. When people do come visit they are often shocked to find out out badly their politicians and press have lied to them and tend ton never believe them again

Thanks Sam for this wonderful video. It shows that Russian people are living a good life. They are not suffering as the West countries had hoped. What happened to the collective cheers of "crippling sanctions to bring Russia to its knees" ? I don't see any signs of that in your videos. Thank you for bringing the truth to the world.

To be fair, the video doesn’t show life in remote rural villages in Russia where life is very different to the place shown in the video. Every country has good parts and bad parts, wealthier parts and poorer parts. We are all the same and the suggestion by most comments here that people in the West hate Russians is simply not true.

​@@drysia26 that's far from a very populated cities, of course you can find a remote village, but overall things are getting better each year, places get internet and gas, I would call places like Magadan being on the poorer side, but if you want to see an average town, this video portraits it fine.

Subscribed and liked. A friend of my in Minsk recommended it to me. That was a really great video. I lived in Russia 1993 and 2002-2003. I am very tempted to move back there with my Russian wife and six Russian speaking children. Currently we live just outside of London. If we survive World War III I might just retire over there.

I'm in my early 60's and a kid growing up in Idaho USA we were taught to hate Russians. I found out that was a complete lie. Today, I would much rather be around my Russian friends. These people are hard working and fearless. And if your a friend they would do almost anything to help you. They remind me of the Danish people in Copenhagen. (I'm a Danish fellow) can you even imagine what reactions you would get bumping fist and offering a treat in America. They would call the police.

I'm from the UK and I love watching videos like yours so I could see for myself that the Russian people are no different to anyone else around me (in fact a lot of them are much nicer people than live here actually 😊) I will admit that it was Bald & Bankrupt that first peaked my interest in everything Russian but whatever negatives he seemed to portray in his videos havent influenced me in anyway, I know the Russian people are not the monsters my media likes to tell me they are!..... I'm more of a Kinder Bueno man myself 😂

I completely understand Bald, his videos set a scene, he can't stay at a nice hotel or get a lift from a guy in a Lexus because the video won't be as good. I had a boyfriend many years ago who's father was britis civil servant and he lived and worked in Moscow for a few years. He loved the place and the people. I think i could move there quite happily!! Love to Russia and its people . British mum x

You mentioned about YT not showing + Russia videos but it's even more than that. The more I watch channels like yours the more I get recommended channels that speak - of Russia. I really have to find a place that does Russian language instruction and get over to Russia myself, along with continuing to watch your videos of course.

Thank you! It’s funny because all I do is show Russia as it is. We are so used to everyone showing us the worst that when a person is honest, we are surprised. But really all I’m doing is walking around and filming places and people as they are!

I don't care if the us and Russia is at really bad terms right now... I still want to visit the big cities of Russia. So many beautiful historic buildings and so much social people. and the livelihood there just feels wonderful! Remember guys.. this isn't anything militaristic. this is just a casual day in the life of a Russian citizen a civilian. they live their lives just as we live ours! and we all make the best of it!

You can get a lot from visiting smaller places, there're water tours getting from big part of the country as well as railroad that can bring you from one side to the other,evey region is different with lots of history, but outside of big cities you can see all the nature!

This guy has made more friends in Russia than I did throughout my life (and being Russian 😂)

It’s the news corporations and the governments who do this for financial reasons. Most people don’t question what they are told. It’s easier to believe what we are told than to investigate ourselves.

Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed it. Right now my views for each new video are getting lower and lower. My channel views have fallen from 3000/hour to a mere 150/ hour. It’s what is known as a shadow ban and it’s done so that people won’t see my videos. It would be great if you could share any of my content which you think may be valuable to others. That seems to be the only way my channel will grow.

Большой поклон узбекскому народу. Я в детстве в СССР лето проводил во Фрунзе Киргизии, у моей бабушки жили узбеки, они привозили овощи, фрукты на Ошский рынок, я рядом с ними проводил каждое лето рядом, помню их доброту, а какой плов они готовили прекрасный, угощали нас, целый поднос плова, фруктами угощали, прекрасные времена были, добра много было и жили мы в одной стране. Западу нужно лишь всё сломать и поработить в мире.

Russian people are the bravest people on Earth. They've chosen the most diffcult path - to stand for what they believe in against huge number of other countries. God bless Russia.
