Hard message, but needed in a self-centered generation
In my work as a therapist and burnout coach i do teach self love and self care as a Pathway to Gods call upon their life… What i have seen is that many fall imprisoned by their thoughts of hopelessness worthlessness and despair because they have focused on what the WORLD says they should do or should be. So I teach those i serve to quiet their minds enough to LISTEN Then….it’s beautiful thing to see … how God begins to change their minds and hearts we talk about values and beliefs which opens up the door to spirit and spirituality-I pray that he touches their life and that is always HIS work Not my work that changes and transforms. It is actually a level of Self-awareness and intentional listening to the whisper ie intuition /Gods voice that allows for reflection and acknowledgement of who they really are and what God wants for them. I appreciate Pastors teaching because it reminds me to keep on my path … to always make sure im coming from God in the Center perspective and confirmation of my calling to serve as a counselor and in this capacity.
I have been struggling with things I have been seeing on social media lately. I have some people that I love dearly that I worry about when I see their posts. I have prayed about it and I feel as if God keeps telling me to put on my Armor of God and seek the Truth. So I began seeking...and this message showed up immediately. These are answers and solutions to a much troubled world. Thank you Pastor Ryan McDermott for sharing.
