2007 was such a successful season for the Browns. Derek Anderson making it to the Pro Bowl, plus they had Jamal Lewis, Jurevicious, Kellen Winslow, Cribbs, Edwards you name it. They accomplished that year and they did it.

If they hadn't rested Peyton Manning and the starters, Tennessee would've been spanked and missed the playoffs. Cleveland would've snuck in and played the Chargers in the wild card.
It's a damn shame this browns team missed the playoffs this year. It wouldve been interesting to see what they couldve done
I am not in the slightest, a Browns fan, but I was sad that this team went 10-6 and missed the playoffs. Nobody was beating New England that year in the AFC, but I think they could have made noise. It's always a shame when 10-6 doesn't get you in.

Hi NFL, how come you guys pretend the NFL started sometime around 1990? I look and I see nothing from the 40s, 50s, 60s or even 70s.....I would love to watch some old games like the when the Giants (your Giants, not MLB) still played at the Polo Gounds, the Eagles at Shibe Park and Steelers at Forbes Field. You should embrace your history as the MLB does with theirs, not hide it

Ronnie B it’s not hidden a lot of the footage sucks in quality. NFL Films has great quality film of that old stuff. But this channel is for TV broadcast highlights, and most (but not all) of those suck prior to 1990
@tommyl.dayandtherunaways820

Pro football was a backwater sport in the US until the 1958 NFL championship changed everything. Even then it took a while for it to catch up to baseball. The MLB was the marquee league of the 30s-40s-50s which explains why they have a much richer archive. I don’t think anyone at that time expected football to take off as it did, so there wasn’t as much urgency to get good footage of it.
You know your defense sucks when you allow 51 points to the Browns.
51 points? When was the last time the Browns ever came close to that? Well, except that shitty game vs the raiders that ended in a 45-42 loss last season...
