The SEVEN Things You NEED To Learn for Your Financial FREEDOM - Robert Kiyosaki

When Robert Kiyosaki was young, his poor dad always told him the best path to success was to go to school. This was and still is advice spread to young people around the globe.
The problem is, what does school teach you about money? Nothing!
Robert’s rich dad, on the other hand, didn’t have a college degree. He had to drop out of school in order to help run his family business, which started as a local store. Yet he was very rich and successful, eventually building a real estate empire complete with a hotel on the beach.
The idea that school will make you a success is perpetrated everywhere and all the time. What will make you rich is not going to school and learning book smarts but rather gaining financial smarts-learning how money works and how to make it work for you.
You need to learn to speak the language of money to be successful. That takes financial education, which opens up a whole new world, a world where you can succeed on your own terms. Unfortunately, our schools don’t teach that language. They teach you the basics, and then they either teach you a specific trade or skill, or they simply train you to be an employee.
Watch and find out the seven things they don’t teach you in school, but that are imperative to financial freedom.

I REALLY need to make this money work for me, and not just disappear over time. I've been scrambling for somewhere to put the money, where I can make an effort to use the gains to pay bills so I can quit my job or should force early retirement. All roads have pointed to the financial market of some sort which is a good idea buh where else should I put money besides the financial market? We have a 13% RPI rate so cash is tough.

Yep great question and that’s always the one - where would you rather be if you have an option. Personally I’m always invested aside from a small emergency fund. Financial-market for me seem the only way forward with my long time horizon (accrued almost $1.4m in gains since 2020 ) but if you don’t have that fortune of time it’s a tough market out there almost nowhere feels safe! . Those who fail to make the right decisions early in life end up regretting it. Nevertheless, investing can be difficult and risky doing it solely, For this reason, I advise seeking help from professionals(financial advisors). The biggest lesson of the stock market is that no one can predict what will happen next, therefore be humble and use a long-term advantaged plan. Although ETFs are losing value and bond yields are rising, observers are still doubtful that the Federal Reserve will stick to its strategy to raise interest rates until inflation* is under control. What's the best method to profit from this bear booth while I'm still debating whether to liquidate my $357k stock portfolio?

I am currently working for amazon as a packaging associate, and I wished I had read the book sooner.

I had an economics techer in my high school she was amazing she avoided going over the text book stuff and made us do real life stuff we went over on how to fill out a check book, how to create group presentations to investors, we even did mock job interviews for our final... It was one of the best classes I ever had... She was a new teacher when I had her and she was so understanding and willing to teach stuff that our own school did not take the time to teach us... I honestly think these things are valuable being on your own, I also wish that they bring back home economics and cooking classes in high school... those classes are very important as well... but now in days you would have to pay private schools to teach those select classes too.

I played the cashflow game online and it was quite fun + when you play it for several months it becomes a habit of thinking that helps you in your daily life. I recommend the game, his books are alright but they seem to have a lot of fluff so I would recommend watching youtube videos on the subject of accounting including (Income statement, balance sheet and cashflow statement).

Since I've been retired for five years, I've taken more strategic steps to diversify my portfolio with cryptocurrency and focus more on high quality dividend stocks. As a result of my efforts, which included extensive research and having first-hand knowledge of the best times to buy and sell, my portfolio increased by over 300% in the first year. So i will be paying around $5000 every month back. I use that 1 million dollar and buy 10 houses for $100,000. I rent it out for $1000 a month. So every month i will get $10,000-$5000= $5000. So my profit will be $5000 every month passively without doing anything. Is this a good idea?

My parents told us to invest in real estate. Especially, if you can use it immediately. Very true, i got a commercial place from a bank it had foreclosed and on a 10-year term. We used it from day one. Although i find it difficult to pay the monthly amortization at that time because it is like renting the place at a double or triple the current rate. But after a few years, as if the rent and amortization had balanced already. And later on there was a great disparity. I am reaping the benefit while still paying for the amortization. And after i had paid the property after ten years, the price rose up to more than double or triple the original price. My parents were correct. Praise God!

Sure - Work Hard for your Money, only because Hard Work is not so bad! However - Don't work SO HARD - at "Spending it" as you do to Earn It! (Personally - Been there, Done that! Used to Spend 125% of Earnings (Via Credit Cards Abused), Now Spend just under 75% (Of Net Pay) for over 2 years! Big Difference (After Taking just a while over 4 years to get back out of Debt!) My plan was to first Save for a year, then to start investing, as that gave me a "Mental Cushion" that allowed me not to freak out when Stocks Dropped, for 3-6 Months!

I don't want to follow the McDonalds formula at the moment, just because I see no reason to get rich for me. Being financially independent is enough for me, so I can stop worrying about surviving and start doing what I want. I think that people still need something to do, otherwise they would die of boredom. A goal is important, but in my opinion, money should never be your goal since they're not real. I love the fact that Robert simply shares his knowledge, and by looking at him, you know he uses it. He doesn't tell you what to do, he tells you how he sees the world. The rest is up to you to find what you want to do. He never gives you any directions, so it's not like he's trying to scam you. On the opposite, he often goes against common advices.

I've learned that the financial freedom is not piles of money but a steady flow. Money wither and get eaten by economy, but the flow will always adapt and sustain you. So yea, wealth. You need to be smart about money so your capital works on its own. It's not about one-time deals, it's about the knowledge of the process. Otherwise, it's no better than gambling.
