Hey Laura! Thanks for the video. I especially liked the Strategic Business Analyst description and also that a Senior Business Analyst should strive more towards the real business perspective, totally agree. I kind of summarized the 6 Responsibilities as follows: 1) More Complex/higher Level Projects than usual Business Analysis Scope 2) Strategic Business Analysis Responsibilities 3 & 4) More Business Process and Business Domain Focus 5) Lead Business Analyst (Coordinating the effort of the BA team / Mentoring) 6) Internal Consultant for internal Stakeholders Keep it up!
