Thank you for the film and the inspiration for the Native People to get back to health by eating healthy food. A good example for ALL of us!
Wow, what a powerful story. Amazing families, so happy to see plant based programs that exist for our vulnerable communities. I'm in tears and feeling inspired and hopeful. :)
Looking forward to this event.
Thanks so much for this documentary. I hope many there will be many other films about Indigenous culture
Thank you for documenting this amazing project. All of it is so inspiring, from its quiet inception to its near end because of COVID, to decolonizing and reclaiming of ancestral ways and to regaining of health and well-being. This is powerful and radical change you have made and are making!
Thank you for your awesome influence! That was inspirational, be proud, keep shining your light. Love, love, love
Congratulations on a meaningful project & all you've achieved so far. Best wishes for continued successes. So wonderful to see the return to ancestral plant based eating.
Wasn’t it Chief Seattle that said “What We Do To The Land, We Do To Ourselves” The original edible plant foods came from the land and we have ultra processed these plants to any thing but recognizable as real food that the land naturally provides us.

True!
That government subsidized food should have been marked "Disease in a Box." The labels reminded me of the generic food in Repo Man. Good job on the doc!

Include in that truthful statement, unhealthy hospital foods, especially in all UK 'NHS'.
So good❤
Love this! So uplifting! Keep up the healthy lifestyle! I'm rooting for you! I switched to whole food plant based eating June 12, 2020, after one of my brothers had a heart attack, diabetes and high blood pressure diagnoses and quadruple bypass surgery. We both went plant based and he is much better now. I lost the Covid lockdown weight plus unneeded pounds, and most likely dodged a stroke or heart attack as well since I began to feel a few uncomfortable symptoms and was told I was prediabetic. I have a better memory now, more energy, and at age 63, do not take any prescription meds as many of the people my age do.
Beautiful! Thank you for sharing!!!
Kai is an incredible human being! And the film is so fascinating. Thank you for this fantastic PCRM episod!
What a great documentary/ project! Simply wonderful! 😍🌱
Thank you.
Congratulations on a film/project very well done. All of us can benefit from the information presented.
This was good to watch. I am not First Nation but I work at a Tim Horton’s in Northern Ontario. Many on our reserve are diabetic and we live 70 Km’s from town where healthy food can be bought. There is lots of junk food and unhealthy food right on the reserve. I sell it,but I eat Plant Based.
Ah ho Some of the greatest news in my life ever , good job Kai and teams.

Neal Barnard is a gentleman.
Day 3 of 12 days of Christmas challenge complete ✔️ 👌. There was a definite burn on the booty 🍑 with this workout. Used the booty band where I could to add to the burn. The balances were super fun and a little bit wobbly 😆. Thank you Jacinta.

The film was sponsored by the Physicians Committee, and it will remain free as an educational resource and tool for everyone.
1:14:40 as a new Arizonian, I'd love to learn these recipes as well. Maybe community events?
