Make yourself a darkroom, no noise .. eyes closed .. visualize the number one, two en three in with eyes closed .. train it till you see them clearly .. it will take some time .. but you first have to train to visualize with eyes closed .. it can be anything .. when you master this .. the pineal gland is between your eyes above you nose .. with eyes closed look up and when trained well you can see the light .. its very hard to explain .. but maybe people could add it to simplify even further. But first start training visulaizing stuff with eyes closed when meditating.

@honig75 I was taught to go backwards 3, 2, 1 with eyes closed and looking up focusing on the area between the eyes. Also if you look up the Sylva method or Hemisyinc, it's an easier way to do it. It links both the right and left brains together by using frequencies which stimulate particular areas of areas in both parts of the brain which cause them to "sync" with each other and bring resonance and theta states.

Bill Donahue and his Hidden Meanings work is really invaluable stuff.

'Activating the pineal gland" simply means increasing the vibratory frequencies which can be done many ways including visiting a powerful Hindu temple with intense vibrations. But what is the purpose of "opening the so called third eye"? These western intepreters can't answer that other than claiming to experience the cosmos through so called "god consciousness". I kept waiting for more practical guidance around the pineal gland (how to open it, employ it, etc.), but it never came

The Bible is a GUIDEBOOK FOR MASTERY OVER THE HUMAN BODY. Nothing more, nothing less. The TRUE meaning of ‘scripture’ is what is kept from the masses.
