This kind of abuse you mentioned is happening to you because you need to learn to prioritise yourself and take your energy back when it's not appreciated but rather taken for granted. Your energy is yours to control. Give it only to those that truly deserve it. I've had to learn this the hard way and I'm still in the process of learning and maintaining and not relapsing.

I had to rewrite this but here it is; you can perform magic on a person without their permission by penetrating their protective barrier if they are in low vibration.
