Can anyone send me a video on how to bail it? i really dont dare to practice manuals because of this. i always fall really hard and its no fun at all with no results

Not sure of your setup, but maybe try lowering your seat to make sure you don’t get hung up on it? If you feel yourself about to loop out, don’t lean forward to try to save it while you’re learning. You should be able to get your feet off and not fall. Good luck my dude!

He also uses hip position to adjust his balance while in it not arms. Also not sure about why you wouldnt set a target distance, wouldnt that help you track your progress and keep eyes up.
