Agreed @Nano Tank Reefer on the hunt for Clove Polyps soon don't see lots of types available in the UK though, planning a section of my scape as a sort of mixed Clove garden!

@@PracticalReefer I have some rainbow cloves in my 250, I got them ages ago. They sometimes get them in my LFS but it's a rare sight nowerdays
We just got some and love them!!!
I like this coral a lot.It is growing super fast.
Those Duncan’s look great!
My lime green clove polyp definitely loves low flow medium light.
Love Clove Polyps have a whole section of my scape planned for them it just finding them in the UK/Scotland now my tank is running! :D
Very nice star polyps
Side-tracking is your signature 😆
🇬🇧 nice shop wished the uk would have corals or frags like this grand place . Thankyou sir
love your videos. Wish I could visit your store........... kind of a long trip from Denmark/Europe ;-)
Can you discuss the care and feeding of Favia corals?
❤ cloves.
It's a good thing I don't have more money, because I would shop here way more often and my wife would be pissed!!! Who am I kidding, going to order more anyway. Lol Love this store, keep up the good work.

Attaboy .. 🤣
I like orange and pink ones myself
Got one in a frag pack as one of my first corals. It didn’t open up for like 3 weeks to be honest tank was still cycling but not about 3 months later it’s doing amazing it’s one of the best looking corals in my pico reef along with my Duncan. ❤ Update it stayed closed for almost 2 weeks I was using a baster to clean some sand off my rocks and it flaked apart and a nice brown spot appeared in it. Did a little digging and the green had completely flaked off and left behind a white skeleton 😢

I got one, it opens and closes randomly so I assume it is not crazy happy right now. Can't wait to see them once they are open, seems amazing in the videos.
Just picked one up as my very first corals. I'd say mine did not like flow. The moment I turn it up they close. so I moved it away and near the return nozzle. Just the perfect flow it likes.
To help with people getting dizzy while you move around the store you could invest in a gimbal. It will make filming very smooth and steady.

When are they going to be available? Love to get them now.
Also what are your thoughts on maxspect aeraqua duo skimmer?
Question for you????? I just bought a redsea max 130 d. AIO tank.....I want to take lid off that has compact fluorescent lights....is that a good idea or bad idea first off. ???? Now Wich light would be best or good for that size ????? Or should I leave light lid alone and add good blue lights to make coral pop???
I have some that I got from you in January
I have these and pulsing xenia, they seem to get thin and small. How do you get them as big as yours?
Ive got one that spmetimes runs into a leptastrea and looks like the polyp gets stung up but recovers a week later. Is it good or should I move? Its just the 1 polyp rest are fine
I have some rainbow clove and they did really good at branching off and growing into the rock, but the ones on the actual plug itself died off, so I have new polyps all around an almost bare plug. Is that normal for the old ones to die off?
I have green clove polys in my tank and they like flow a lot

thanks for the input!
I got them in my tank but never got them to fully open, the little feathers doesnt really stretch that long
I really really want a rainbow one but where I live are extremely rare
I've an issue, I've got them past 1 week & till today none open but my other coral are doing fine, I place them in non high flow or strong light area, my water parameter are all correct, cal 410, mag 1400, dkh 9, nitrate 0.4, phos 0.05, water temp 26 deg celcius.. need yr advise what should I do?
Mine won’t open ever since purchasing! What if anything am I doing incorrect? What should I look out for? My parameters are nearly perfect to what brs suggestes for a mixed reef. Can provide further details if any replies
Help! I have 50 heads on my clove coral and the polyps are turning white and most are closed now, what can I do to save them?
Please help. I lost 5 seperate frags already, either the 1. stem part break off away even with hardly any flow i keep all sort variety of lps.(twice) 2. Shriver up and wilt away and die.( 2 x frag even open up polyps . but still dont live past couple weeks. 3. Dont even open up.
What's the red mushroom next to the rainbow cloves?
I just put 3 polyps of firework cloves in my aquarium! I have had it setup for almost a year now, and just started adding coral. My first ones were a gsp and a gorgonian. I added them 3 months ago and that gsp has turned into an island on the rock I placed it on! I just added the firework clove, 2 green candy canes, 2 feather dusters, and a flourescent orange acro piece that is plated but has branches lifting off of it. Excited to see how this goes with all of these corals! I'm already hooked. My question is... I haven't glued the frag plugs bc I want to be able to move them if they're not happy where I placed them. ( I'm new to this) when I do glue them... but decide to move my tank or change the scape how in the world to I remove the corals for transport?

Idk about you but ill just end up pulling the rock out and frag corals like this up should I want to move things around.
Are they easy to frag
I have my clove polyps 2 varieties growing rapidly in high flow and high light. 🤷🏻♂️
My cloves polyps are open but they look like they're shrinking. Anyone ever encounter this issue?
mine died and turned into a black mat, any idea what would cause that?
how do I get these off of a frag plug? they seem very fragile...
these are taking over my tank and killing other corals growing over them, is there a way to remove sections of them
Mine don't do very well, they slowly but surely get longer and smaller, and they barely open, I don't know why.

Hello :)
Is this a good beginner coral then, my tanks only 3 months old, just starting to get into putting coral into my 50 gallon. Gonna start with some zoas, maybe cloves, and pulsing xenias, what do you think?

most softs are great for beginners
I love them a lot but I am finding it very difficult to keep them alive, and I dont see it growing fast too.
I have multiple tanks an the cloves I've tried always melt, I've tried high flow low flow, high light low light, nutrients rich tank an super super clean tanks an they always seem to melt an idea it's the only coral that doesn't seem to grow

Me too. Always melt away
My cloves grow super slow. I’ve had for couple years and almost no growth

Growth integrity probably gone get a new frag from someone else
I wish you would ship A hole bunch of diffrent ones to me
I bought some from a Mississauga store and they melted away and I had some pulsating Zenious and they to melted away. Why. ????? I’m using coral pro salt. Every thing else is doing well. Hammers, mushrooms, etc. 200gal system Water change every two weeks 35+gals

maybe water too clean ? maybe too much light ?
After watching this video I believe that mine may be getting too much light.
Secret?

WHAT? softies don't have a sting? I've had mushrooms sting duncan's, I've had zoas sting things, I've had a kenya tree kill am entire polyp of torch. I know there's a lot of opinion in this but that's a terrible thing to spread.
