Contentment, such a power benchmark

Such a beautiful message with so much truth. Quitting social media and being grateful had truly helped me find contentment in my life. It’s been truly peaceful not knowing everyone else’s life and comparing my life to theirs.

It was all very important stuff but yes the one thing that really stood out was the Realization that’s someone somewhere in the world would look at my life and think that I have an amazing life. Which is in fact true. But we tend to not validate that as possible. I liked the idea of not chasing the wind, but not laying down either. I see this so many times in so many ways with both myself and others. Kind of an all or nothing approach that leaves us empty on both side of that coin. I intend to listen to it again because I think that it was such a power message since we are all smooth out of control chasing the wind. My motto that came to me a few weeks ago is. HERE and Now. I think this motto allows me to put what you said to work in real time. Not I will get to it because I’m everywhere else in my mind but here and now. Thanks for reaching out.
