Don't let those rowers tell you all where to go and push you away. They have no authority to tell you what you can or can't do. If your license (fishing app) says you can fish from the shore (it will tell you if you aren't allowed to) then you are allowed to fish there from the shore (that is why "handhaving" didn't send you away!) First went fishing aged 11 hated it ! Tried it again aged 67 and now cannot get enough of it . All those wasted years and along with some other KZreadrs I am constantly viewing your video's Carl for technique and tackle I should be using. Glad to see you and your mates living the dream.

Great video❤I think nearly every carp angler can comprehend the feeling when everything is wet and muddy but your on the carp and nothing else counts in that moment.

I don't know what it is Carl about your channel but I just cannot get enough of it...With everything there is too watch on You Tube your Videos have become my absolute favourite...I think one of the things that intrigues me is your storytelling abilities...It's almost like I am captivated by them...Plus it is epic watching you catch some of the biggest Fish around and not just in the U.k...I love seeing you venture to other countries to set your mark and achieve your goals...It was awesome to see Tom jump in to the water to give you a helping hand with that carp...That was just so unlucky to go lose it after all that effort...I get annoyed when i lose fish too but so long as I have caught something other than a cold it is always a relief...Keep up the awesome videos and I hope they will keep coming for many many more years to come.

A long awaited video Carl but definitely worth the wait, both you and your brother produce by far some of the best viewing on KZread, keep up the good work and I’ll continue to wait patiently for the next excellent instalment. Fishing to obstacles and then not use a helicopter system? The only way that You know for sure that the fish only Will be with the rig when something snaps

I just started carp fishing here in Australia. Unfortunately, we can't get any carp gear, baits, etc. here. I just came back after my first ever attempt. No luck, not even a bite. I've attempted to diy hair rig and used the American recipe of jelly, corn, and Breadcrumbs... Hopefully, I'll get one soon

It hurts to wait but when your Videos drop its always great!!

Great movie. I know where this is, you probably caught some of the biggest ones. If you want bigger go on the rivers that this river used to connect to. That's where you can find the 50-60 pound monsters. It'll be a challenge though, large rivers have tides, bottom snags, large boats, limited access, etc.

I also want to thank you for the inspiration you have given me, i have started to fish because of your videos and ive even started my own youtube channel where im fishing because it seemed fun when i was watching yours. Again thank you for the inspiration, it means a lot and it has given me alot of fun memories

Lads, the fish will go deeper at night, less boat traffic, bloodworm beds in the silt. That's why night bites in the edge didnt happen. Getting your rod tips as deep in the water as possible also helps where theres boats. I know a great lake in Amsterdam if you ever go again 😉
