What I love about Spider Guard is that you can practice these solo at home. Just use your Gi top and you can do these drills

Amazing instruction, just with all the respect of the world at the end when you repeat the pendulum and put the competition images it gets a little bit confusing but thank you very much anyway as I am retaking Spider Guard and this is one of the best videos in the internet.
