I got a Slow N Sear that turns my 22" Weber Kettle into a smoker. Works incredibly well for small batches. It's all I use now.

Just made 4 racks with the spritzer of Sprite and Crown Peach. They turned out great! Used my pig rub and I also added a little Cowboy Prairie Fire Sauce at the very end. They're my new favorite, thank you sir!

We lost our dog to lymphoma in February. Every time I think of our pup whom was taken too soon (7 year old Pomeranian) - I think of your dog reembrace video. Those innocent pups are family - and I get that. Love the videos and keep up the good work!
