Take time to look and reflect. Add 53 you will look back and hopefully you will see how you were very observant of your feelings and of the passage of time and your achievements and goals, and most importantly your happiness. Life goes by slowly in the present but very quickly will you age. I wish you all the success and all of your dreams coming true, And most of all happiness.

My dreams are to be debt free for 2024. Keep up the good work 👏

This is similar to how some Native Americans "pray" for rain. They picture it already happening. Imagining the feel of the rain on their face, and (most importantly) the happy *emotions* they feel as the rain is falling and their wish came true. This is about how powerful consciousness is. When you want something, picture it in your mind as already having been done or achieved, and mix that with the emotions you would feel when it is done. Ignore thoughts afterwards that negate the process (such as "...but it'll never happen"). The combination of visuals + emotions + the general feeling of "it has already happened and it's already been accomplished" is supposedly how it's done. I'm currently experimenting with it, myself.

Pre-celebration is an interesting concept. I tend to be pessimistic so I guess it’s no wonder I often don’t reach my goals. Thanks for this video - I’m going to try applying pre-celebration in my approach to realizing my dreams.

@@Dogsnark It's important because pessimism can stop you from giving your all, which obviously stops you from achieving your goals. It's a self fulfilling prophecy either way, so might as well choose the positive route and achieve your goals. There's just no need to think about the other side of things.

I've been doing this for a few years and I have to say it really works. All my dreams have come true and now I don't even know what else to wish for, so I just enjoy what has already come into my life. 🙂

I’m precelebrating finding a new house near my family! It has a decent size private yard with space for gardening, it has a main floor bedroom, an updated kitchen, it’s bigger than my current house and in a good location. I love it and it’s my dream home and quiet oasis in a convenient location. We made 8 offers and searched for several years and it finally paid off. 🙏🎉

I loved this video, and I happen to know this works because I've used it. One thing to remember, though...you must genuinely feel the joy of what you hope to achieve. You can't fake it, because you can't fool the universe!

I think it is also useful to pre celebrate things that is reasonable to achieve. I mean: - Hanyu san precelebrating golden medal in figure skating: ok - ME precelebrating the same thing: this does not work

I'm Muslim, we are to think of prayer/heart wishes this way: that it is done just claim it with grateful heart and sincere effort.. even Hanami is close to Hana (هناء) which is quiet deep happiness. It all started with looking for Japanese recipes and drinking matcha instead of coffee. I like Japanese culture and cuisine even though I don't eat meat. Omg, I hope to buy the matcha when it comes out! I actually started learning how to properly make matcha at home and I love it! I love how you put things in videos. Most other stuff I've run into about visualization get very judgemental, but I don't feel judged by your videos at all. Instead they are inspiring. My dreams, I want more people see my art and to be able to tell stories with it, and hope that people can get something out of those stories. I also want my cosplay to have more attention, and to form positive connections. And I have noticed that when I am in a bad mood, I tend to get clumsier and everything goes horribly wrong. And I've seen it with others, and it's sad. For me, the biggest struggle has been depression and mental health, but I want to work on ways to being able to overcome those things and still live a good life.

Idea: let´s switch the word dream for the word vision! It makes a huge difference since a dream is something elusive but a vision more realistic and concrete (I have this idea from Arnold Schwarzenegger).

Thank you for your videos. I have to totally agree with this one. Unfortunately the opposite/nightmares can also come true. Many years ago I often imagined what would happen to me & our son if I found out that my husband was cheating on me. It was a big fear of mine & it came true. It devastated me. But I picked up the pieces of my broken heart & taped them back together again. I healed myself. Now I'm free to live my best life. I no longer have to do things to please him. No longer have to take his mental abuse without fighting back. I have become more spiritual. & Now with your help I'm making better lifestyle choices.

This makes a lot of sense. The only resolution I make in the new year is to be happy. Everything else is secondary. Cultivating gratitude and celebrating every moment goes a long way. The Law of Attraction works that way - you attract what you think. From a psychological POV, you will behave in ways that will make your goals come true if you think they will come true.

My godson is graduating from high school this year. I really want to visit him and his mother in Santa Monica, CA; stay at the Chateau Marmont in LA and visit the Getty Museum. Saving money like crazy to make it happen. Staying at the Chateau Marmont has been on my bucket list for years.

My dream is to find a new cozy, safe home were I can feel relaxed, calm and happy.

Thanks for reminding me what I used to do in the past. And always succeeded. I remember that I was not keen on making my driver license but when I went to bed, I closed my eyes and focused on how the person, who checks me, hands over the licence to me after the driving exam. And it happened. Four times before I relocated, I looked up where I would like to live and picked a street and a number. I ended up just a couple of meters away for it. If you consider how tiny the planet is with the eyes of the universe, it is just amazing. Sometimes it takes some time. When I moved back to Berlin I gave my mother an address of an house, where I wanted to move in and said: there I will be living. She asked me, how I could be so sure. And I said, because I know it will happen. Now I live there, same house but just on number away. It also works in financial situations. And in relationships. The key is to feel the happiness in your heart. No empty words. Feel it. And what is more: at a certain stage you know beforehand, that is is going to come. It feels like an order reconfirmation from the universe. All of the sudden silence drops down on you. No more begging or wishing. Inner peace. Magic.

My main dream for this year is to get my health under the control, both my physical and mental health to where I am a better physical health and better mental health and better spiritual health as well. We’re just working on my physical mental and spiritual health is my main goal for the year is my main dream for the year.

My dream is to have an apartment in Tokyo and be able to fly back and forth between there and the US, alternating months. I love Japan so much; I have a life here in the US, but have managed to visit Japan 2-3 times per year on business for the past 10-12 years or so. I’m retired now, but can’t imagine a life that doesn’t involve spending time in Japan. I can’t imagine life without Japan, but now will begin celebrating having Japan as a part of my life 😃👍🙌

It is wonderful to discover that ideas like pre-celebration have developed all over the world. There are wonderful speeches by this guy, Neville Goddard, who learned from a Rabbi from Africa, how to do this. (I never put money on an idea, but just pretend a little and kinda forget about it, and alot of times, my dream comes true.)
