@@truenorthliving9557 yeah I was in Colorado once bow hunting and the water there tasted like heaven ,,also worked on a ranch in grant Montana near Clark canyon damn , the water there was great also ,,but here in nc out of my 300 ft deep well you can’t drink it ,, it’s full of iron ,,,we drink filtered water

The clackety clack sounds of home. Excited to get through the winter watching your videos. BTW, I have a very nice 1” scar in the same spot and same hand as you only mine was from a knife. Be careful in keeping it clean. Thats a deep open space in there. Wow, just no snow. That’s unreal. Glad your cabin is all okay. Wishing you a great season.

Stoked for another season! FWIW, if buying another Skidoo, wait for the Gen 5 version of the Skandic. I have the Gen 4 version like yours but on the Expedition platform, just rode my friends gen 5 MX and it’s night and day better. Was just in Winnipeg last week for my monthly visit from Ontario, if ever interested in grabbing a Jets game together at some point, my treat! Cheers, Ryan.

Back at camp, at 21:11 and I seen the tundra the sleighs and the outline of the camp I was right there with you Norm and my first thought was, that it was great to be back. Good to see no damage from those fury critters. Time to get busy and set some traps. Stay safe out there.

Kamik boots. There just a common boot. I might try a couple places on the river this year for fish. I don’t think there is any around though.

Hey norm, glad you made it. We are still at the trapline. just finished streaming the Jets - Wings game. My starlink isn't working as well this year as last, not sure why. Lots of marten, we did ok for the short time and we are pulling traps starting tomorrow and back to town on the weekend. Take care, talk soon.

Starlink is working at 225 MBPS. It’s awesome. Bigger keeps kills the scent in the cabin and keeps the beard away. No choice on the slow and steady, pretty rough out there.
