Bowman is the director of welding optimization and education at Central Welding Supply in Washington. He is a CWI, CWE and CWS, and an established social media welding influencer. During Bowman's discussion with Welton, he explains how he openly offers up his knowledge of welding science to inspire others to take their welding careers to the next level.
