Probably in "lore" or more like real scenario with hatchets vs people... Most of those snipes are insta lethal :D Lore accurate huntress uses mori hatchets, not iri hatchets. Lore accurate huntress would be surprised with her target casually running away after getting hit by a hatchet in the head xD

It was her offering, that's a great map for huntress. It's a shooting gallery. She can just use the shack as a home base and reload to take shots wherever she wants to.

I play in EU and I can assure you there are a lot of good Huntresses here, what I see it's not new to me. I played against an orbital gearhead Huntress and I remember telling myself at some point "we need roofs here". Hatchets looked like fucking bombs from the sky, and they were soooo precise. Ended in a 2k, but it was a VERY close endgame at Razarov with the two gates on the same side and the Huntress let one of my teammates go with me. I had Object of Obsession and I could see them a lot. I was in the open with them once and I saw them shaking the camera to fake a throw and make me dodge to hit me. I didn't so it missed. And thanks to the aura reading I saw them do this other times. It was insane. One of the most adrenalinic matches I played against a Huntress.

What was their name ? But yes, lots of very strong Huntress players. Even as players who don't stream nor post on KZread. On the Discords of Huntress players you can actually see there are quite a lot of them, then they share clips of their shots, their tricks, new sniping possibilities they find, etc., it's all so insane.

If she has a Coco cosmetics - it was me probably xdd. 1-2 week ago I just played for accuracy and fun , put Coco's skin and gets anonymous mode . It was for 2-3 games , and one was on Azarov's map (Wrecked shop as i remember)

I'm liking the little "play-by-play" graphics, it's nice to really see what the huntress is doing while also taking the kneejerk "bullshit they must be hacking" reaction out of the equation huntress is one of those killers I really wish I was good at that I am sadly not good at, so there's that extra layer of instruction as well

i think the thing people also completely dismiss is that there was also no glowing concoction, which otz called out multiple times, the most of all aura reading aspects out there

This is how I play Nurse and Artist for what it's worth. A lot of prediction. It's a big gamble and you'll get it wrong sometimes (a lot, actually!) but when you DO get it right and you're just inside the Survivors heads it really messes with them and it's a lot of fun.

Kid he could easily tunnel proxy one out at 5 gens, you cant loop such huntress on farm. As soloq this is unwinnable if max want to win. Swf genrushers can make it because of inner huntress slowdowns like 4.4 and reloading but it will be a tough match and more likely 2 man out maximum

Maxx was the huntress that caused me to start playing her. I praise him every day for it, because now I hate this game, but I'm addicted.

It’s honestly incredible how Maxx utilizes his skill and knowledge of the map to pressure the survivors into moving exactly how he wants without any of them realizing until it’s already to late.

The huntress is amazing but it's also the fact that rotten fields is the most open map and actually most coldwind farm maps are kinda open in the middle where the corn is. The huntress is nonetheless very cracked indeed!

@@MixaCat You're the one being offensive calling Maxx Coconut's son as if he took inspiration from Coconut (which is what calling someone "son" implies in this kind of situation fyi.) Maxx's been playing the game for a long time and became a cracked Huntress on his own, he was doing orbital strikes before it became cool. Coconut, Maxx and Ralph are all three different people, stop putting them together and comparing them.

A handy tip i use as a huntress in corn like maps is that i use the crows becaus all crows are stationed around the corn so when someone leaves the corn they always trigger one crow to fly away

Genuinely believed he was running discordance or even maybe nowhere to hide. To see its neither and even a combo of bitter murmur and Iron Maiden, suprised me tenfold.

A good Huntress like this scares the crap out of me but at the same time I’m so jealous that someone can be THAT good with her. Smart people who play Huntress are insane. This is why anyone that’s a god with her get accused of cheating. Well done to Maxx! I’m impressed,

no killer scares me quite like Huntress. But she's fun to play, as well. Fun enough that if I get schooled, I don't even feel frustrated... unless it really feels like a bully squad swf.

Watching Killers like this inspires me to boot up DbD and remind myself how bad I am. I was close to this level with Monsters in Evolve back in the day where I had peak gameplay knowledge of most of the monsters, but those skills don't translate into DBD.

The strongest counter against sniping huntresses is actually standing still or moving vertically instead of horizontally across the map. It is harder to predict distance than it is the predict direction

i was the huntress featured in a very similar video otz made back in 2019. even though the video featuring maxx is getting older, it's still insane seeing how far people have pushed the boundaries of huntress since the video i was in. almost makes me wanna pick huntress back up again.

I only recently started getting into killer, and as huntress i quickly learned you can force survivors into pallets to make them waste it, as they drop it you hatchet up before they drop and then easy hits

From the wording of gearhead, I don't think that it works on healing. It specifically says repairing, which means that it only triggers on gen repair skill checks.

That's the scariest type of killer mains, the ones that can predict survivors' movements. That's why I play randomly, you can never guess what I'm about to do lol

MaxxDW, Im pretty sure I know that name. Perhaps I faced him long ago because that particular huntress was insane. I still remember her just standing there (menacingly), she didn't move all that much compared to how the game mostly goes, sniping us like we are wild geese in an old-school shooter game. It was scary. Needless to say, we were all terrified and the game didn´t last very long. It is a joy to play against good huntresses despite the sense of absolute hopelessness they induce in you.

One thing I’m surprised wasn’t said by either Coconut or Otz is Maxx could be watching for birds to fly up and reading that information, so if you see a bird fly up near a gen take a shot at the the gen, if it goes up by the harvester and you know which way they are going then take a chance, and so on but some shots are just big brain, I think a lot of people forget that birds can be seen when they fly off not just when they set back down, sitting there or with the Spies from the Shadow perk

What anxiety ? If he hits you across the map then you just hide behind a rock and heal, because you know ,,, hes no other side of a map. This is a meme playstyle, Serious huntress gets right on your ass then gets 2 hits in 10 seconds.

@@psychotropnilachtan8869 well me personally I've seen both play styles work very effectively, in fact I would say doing both effectively would arguably make you the better huntress, plus if you can hit snipe shots and artillery strikes, than hitting shots at a much closer distance would be quite a bit easier, as you don't have to guess where they are.

@@orsikbattlefate3976 If you play against weaker survivors you can have some fun sniping. But if you are newbie survivor then every killer feels oppresive AF ..... Good coordinated survivors force huntress to loop around corners and take advantage of her slow movement.speed. You get few long shots in specific situations but its 80% looping like every other killer.

@@psychotropnilachtan8869 That's very true. And it's a pain every Huntress players go through... Can't hit any shots because all the survivors in the lobby are knowers who expect flying hatchets, are looking at the sky when on a gen, and when they're moving around the map they make sure they're always behind something (or even wait out the obvious Bitter Murmur, BBQ, and other aura reading perks to be over before moving out of safety.) Sadly against a sniping Huntress, it's pretty much the survivors who "let" the hits happen, because paying attention of the sniping possibilities and your environment to hide aren't that difficult.

@@derpyduck5088 No, if someone doesn't pressure to get kills, they shouldn't get kills. He had zero gen perks nor did it go to bother gens. He downed the Nancy twice and could have hooked and killed her, but he didn't because he wanted to go for far away snipes. He could have also gotten a kill at the end if he had stayed on the hook, but he decided to leave to snipe instead. He didn't even pressure unhooks that were close to him because all he mostly wanted long-range shots. He didn't play for the kills, so it's normal he doesn't get any. Make it easier to get kills even for someone who's not actually trying to get any and the already high kill rates would end up so insanely high no survivors would ever play again because every games would be a guaranted 3-4k.

I play pretty similarly to MaxxDW, and I think it's pretty cool that someone who's done this and other things thousands of times can just do this subconsciously. Edit: Well obv not everything is done subconsciously but most things are.
