I used his soulja boy code in the website paid about 15 bucks s&h for some wireless earphones that were worth 150 now and they actually worked well (I went to the gym with them). I don't exactly know how he got the company to subsidize like all of the cost but I didn't question it and now I have some official soulja boy memorabilia

The deal he signed at 16 pretty much said the label owned his royalties and merch, but he was one of the first artists to take advantage of ringtone sales and the ownership of those profits weren’t explicitly detailed in the original contract. Soulja was able to void that first deal and craft a new one because his attorneys cited the ‘minors have no capacity to contract’ clause. He kept all them ringtone profits(10m+) at 18. Soulja a genius.
