Always loved this song! Heard it for the first time working at a summer camp upstate NY in the summer if ‘67 when I was a teen. It’s been spinning around in my brain ever since!

I used to correspond with a girl who lived in Northern Ireland. She sent me a recording of "Thank U Very Much," months before it was released here in the US. A hit song that reached #4 on UK's national playlist, late 1967.

Golden Balls was a great game show, nice to see that Jasper Carrot found work again after it was axed.

I love those scaffold s every day of the week. they look very sexy indeed. thanks to all of their hard work in Liverpool and the rest of the world. my friend said the liver birds theme was number one in her Cameroon land. I felt such a clam with a pearl. oh where can I find you on Facebook or Twitter ?

In the Seventies and early Eighties New Zealand had 24 hour telethons to raise money for charities. A variation of this song was used throughout the telethons particularly after a new national total was announced.
