Kimi is a gift to content creators, whenever he’s in your lobby you know there is a video going to be made. He’s a quick driver no question but he’s either a troll account of one of the best drivers on the game or someone who is really a sadistic egomaniac. He’s like the black sheep of the family you don’t really want to deal with on a day to day basis but you secretly hope will turn up to weddings etc because you know there’ll be entertainment. As Rory said, Kimi and the likes are the reason they all have alternate accounts.

Since there is no report system I highly doubt that Polyphony bans drivers like him For me it doesnt make sense at all. You can be the dirtiest driver in the game and the only thing that you get is a downrating of your sportsmanship rating. This is something they really should add to the game so if someone behaves like a maniac in races you can easily report them for that and if they check it they get banned for like a week or so

I don't know what PD were thinking by removing the contact penalty. I'm fortunate that I haven't experienced much like this but it needs to come back.

It bugs me that people like kimi get away with stuff like this when there is blatant evidence proving that they are toxic... he should be banned.

I see so many videos of drivers being near him and praying he won't be a jerk; That's not going to happen. Get him first.

I had a great moment of street justice on brands hatch a while back, 2 guys are battling on the last lap and one blatantly punts the other, but I pushed hard to get close enough to punt him on the final corner. Ate a 3 second penalty but it was totally worth it.

Imagine how pathetic someone's life must be where they've got nothing better to do then to following a creator round and grief them in a video game "hey Kimi you want to come get a beer tonight?" Kimi: "No can do, Ive got to stay home and ruin Rory's night on GT7"

When you're a fast driver you can climb from the E starting rank to A in about 12 hours. When I started a new account it took me only 17 hours of gameplay, including menu books, licences, missions etc. It's the same for the SR rating; it's way too easy to get S. And that second race where he got punted all the way to the back simply gave him a contact-free race to recharge his SR.

Making videos about these people is only fuelling their need for attention. By doing this it's not shaming him, he's loving the notoriety, and as long as streamers keep making videos like this, they will keep spoiling the fun for the rest of us decent drivers. You also dropped cheezy right in it with his team. I hope all the views are worth it

The most confusing part of the video is the small pip is mirrored. So when the car turns left your turning right... I just catch it in my peripherals. Lol 2nd obvs the Germans love the Merc on this track... I'm averaging high 1.31s on this track and loads of German mercs thundering down the back straight And yes mental drivers everywhere!!!! It's crazy

When was the contact penalty turned off? I got one yesterday (I think) for something that was not even my fault.

What a farce the game has become with these well-known dirty drivers being able to just keep on doing it. Glad I have finished building my PC and have moved on to ACC.

@@craigyirush3492 All race classes have bad drivers, that's just part of life. Even top classes like F1 and Indycar have their share of stupidity. But the difference is that Kimi's actions are not just stupidity, they are deliberate. A player like Kimi would be banned from LFM long ago. He would be banned from any real non-contact racing class long ago. GT is the only major title where people like Kimi can play their little game without any consequences.

I am now in iRacing mostly, it is much harder but at least it is cleaner in B or higher lobbies. D or Rookie is messy but still better than GT7.

ACC isn't any better, have you seen some of the wild stuff going on in LFM races? people aren't as pointlessly dirty sure but they'll intentionally bump you into going deep in a corner or just straight up wreck you, take the safety rating hits and walk the finest of margins to stay out of rookies. you may have moved on to ACC but I assure you you're going to find the exact same thing here and you will find more of the same.

I've just about given up on the dailies, it's really bad here in the US

NO heroes wear capes.

What if GT7 had a matching system like COD. You still can play the game, but you will be matched to players like you. Would be the replay I wanna watch. All the Kimi style racers against eachother hahah!

Best part of it all is he knows exactly how to take someone out without getting any penalties. If you try it on him you're most likely going to get one, very surprised I didn't get one here it was a big punt.

I used to love playing this game any free time I had i would play., but players like, kimi, luis, stop puuutin, stop the steal (maybe the same person not sure) , just to name a few make it a joke when they continually pull the same crap and get away with it. They should be banned. Check out my channel I have a clip posted of one of these fellows trying to ruin the race on lap 1 turn 1 and 2 its terrible how nothing is done.

Just 2 comments: 1 - If you expect nothing from another, you can still be disappointed. Because if you expect nothing, then you also don't expect toxic behavior. I do not play public games because there is almost always toxic players around. Hopefully they're a minority, but it's usually enough to have 1 or 2 toxic players to ruin an online gaming experience. 2 - You seem to suffer from an old arcade racer habit. You downshift (too soon) as if it helps breaking or if it helps the car to stay on course. Downshift it's not meant to help with breaking nor it provides better traction under breaking, it usually turns things worse. In real life it is bad for the mechanic due to constant redline peaks and it can even easily extend braking distance due to the torque variations forced into the wheels disturbing the brakes job.

So far since GT7 release I've only intentionally rammed 1 guy off the track in retaliation on another racers behalf . As me and the other guy was having a great battle until that guy showed up. I pride myself on clean racing even when I get bumped around abit by others
