My temps are 20K more than yours for the hotspot and 10K more for the memory/edge temps. Maybe I should repaste it. Diff between hot spot and normal are 14K though, so from that perspective it looks good.

This is exactly what I was looking for, nice know stock TIM/Pads are good, didn't know if it was worth opening, and didn't wanna spend too much time tinkering. No desire now, after seeing how many, and of how many different sizes of the pads there are on the card, and cause TG-PP10 Putty is EOL, so the easy way is not there anymore. I just de-shrouded and zip-ties 2x Arctic P8 80x25mm fans with rubber anti-vibration pads and it's working ok, the card's surprisingly advanced for it's size, price. WIll switch to 2x Noctua NF-A9 PWM 92x25mm eventually once summer comes, as these Arctic are a bit whiny >1350 RPM. Ty for the video!

Thanks man... I was literally just following that, and snapped one of my pins in half... So have ordered a new fan from AliExpress haha Those stupid little barbs on the connectors... Never seen those on a simple fan connector! Thanks for the tear down video though, well done!

Hi how's PCB quality of this card ? How's heatsink ?? I've heard for some review this model used only 50w cooling for this card, is it true ? and between this one vs 3060 zotac twin edge for 50$ more which way to go ?

Hello friend! My RX 6600 Sapphire Pulse, in stock, is reaching 115°C in the Hot Spot and turning off... I already replaced the thermalpads correctly and applied MX-4 thermal paste, but it didn't solve the problem! It heats up IMMEDIATELY when opening any game... All it takes is for its clock to go up and it reaches the temperature limit and turns off! Any tips?

@@KatiZ_Yes! I managed to solve my problem! Two of the screws that hold the heatsink to the board were not original and that's why the springs weren't tightening properly... I bought washers and put them between the screws and the springs, and it dropped by 20°C...

Hey buddy, i got 6650 xt sapphire pulse, and at stock i get like 70c edge up to 100-103c junction (144w, power limit default) and fans spins like crazy @2300+rpm. I undervolted -100mv and downclocked -100mhz Results are edge 66c junk high 80s low 90s. Fan 1600-1950rpm (my curve) I heard people like sapphire but i am quite dissapointed, way louder than my old 6600 non xt eagle gigabyte.. Fans even make some kind of resonance noise after 1950rpm... Gpu is new, 1 month old, what should i do? If i unscrew i lose warranty, is there a way to remove stickers without damagin them? There is same stickers on ali express as well.

@@HardwareForGamers Matters here sadly... Still searching for best way to take those stickers off without damaging, or i might just get same ones from ali express tbh. Would MX-4 be good? Yea screw is loose or paste.. Most pulses i saw 6600/6650 xt have around 90c junction with low rpm like 1200 at STOCK... What is funny is how people hate gigabyte and my eagle 6600 was cold as ice 10-15c delta diff..
