I do love the interaction with your husband. Since I started watching flosstube, my husband is often in the room reading. He sometimes rolls his eyes but is a good sport and has even picked up a bit of cross stitch vocabulary. When I started watching you, I became convinced that I could stitch on 36 count even with macula degeneration. I started and gleefully shared that success with my husband. Last week I met with a cataract surgeon and discussed options. My husband was a participant. The surgeon seemed to think my eyesight would be much improved on the other side of surgery. As we left, my husband turned to me and happily said, "Maybe after surgery, you can stitch on 40 count!" I smiled. You have taught us both! Happy Easter!

Love all your beautiful stitching. So amazing. Thank you for sharing. I’ve lived in Orlando since 1957 and I just loved that quilt shop. So sorry it closed. That was a great shop. We use to have a lot of neat shops here but they have all gone now. We have no quilt shops or cross stitch shop here. It’s so sad.

Yes, we tried to dig to China, but our dad told us that if we kept digging we’d run into the core first and he did not want any lava coming up in the backyard, so we stopped digging….we didn’t want lava in our backyard either. I so appreciate that mentions from you of Easter. Our world is so in need of Christ and His Grace!! I loved seeing what you have been working on, you always have beautiful projects. I especially loved it when you showed the difference in the two WTNT rabbits stitched on different fabrics with the same DMC threads. What a difference there was in the two of the projects. I would never have thought there would be so much difference. There were several of your market purchases that I need to check out. Easter is definitely about the lamb. I think the rabbit is to signify new life, because rabbits multiply in the spring. I'm ready to move on from rabbits, but I've got a few more to do before I change to something else.

After a twenty year hiatus, I returned to cross stitch a little over a year ago. I’ve been watching you ever since. Your work is beautiful but more than that, your gracious manner in recommending other floss tubes speaks volumes of your generous character. I remember when you made the statement last year that Easter is not about the rabbit, it’s about the Lamb. Hi Carol Someone has probably already mentioned this to you but in case they didn’t. Zweigart has two different 46ct linens - Bergen and Bristol. We have dyed both but now only dye the Bristol as it is our preference. Just a little fun fact for you ☺️ Have a blessed Easter.
