    Where do we take info on how many procent we can collect every quarter (like 60% vs 40%) Is it a benchmark of previous quarters' sales/collections?

    Are you talking about how to forecast Accounts Receivable for a budgeted Balance Sheet? If so, just take the ending Accounts Receivable amount (from last year's Balance Sheet), add the budgeted sales, then subtract the estimated collections and direct write-offs of uncollectible accounts.
