What about those who build your new city, there are decent wages and working conditions, they have free access to hospitals if they get sick or are injured when they work. people have the right to form unions so that they can fight for decent working conditions. Now when you are so rich you could easily pay them what they deserve. Or ??

None of the workers are citizens. 95% of the workers are expats. They are not born in dubai. No-one forced them to fly to dubai. They came because they saw a better opportunity compared to back home.
