I also do same I try to watch Christmas movies every week bringing back my childhood that I miss so much ,my family was very poor my dad was not working due to the plant closed down for a few months right around Christmas,our Christmas gifts was our dinner ,my sister and I only had one doll each back in 1966. And we both still have our dolls goes to show you how much we appreciate what we had ,I feel today the kids just have to much no matter how many toys they have after 5 minutes they are tried of them lol well we did not have much growing up but we had each other now it’s only my sister and I all our family is gone so you see it’s so important to keep Christmas in your heart all year long ,love each other because life is so unpredictable in a blink my hole family was gone I just lost my husband 😪

Doesn’t have to be Christmas to watch Christmas movies, I think it’s meant to watch all year through 🥰

My heart is happy watching this. I'm absolutely head over heels for this movie! Great acting, beautiful & touching story, and it has a nice flow. I like to play it during my indoor walking workouts so that I can get exercise and have something cheer me up at the same time. Life can be great 🥰

I watch this movie every year and it brings tears to my eyes. Why would a Mom take the son or children away from their father on Christmas Eve or Christmas day? Stuff like this is happening all over the world and will continue to happen until parents stop trying to hurt each other. Children are a gift born out of love and should be treated as such. I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year during this world pandemic.

Excelent storyline! It is not madness, it's only hope, a reason to live, to hold together the line of love despite any difficult situation. Each act has its meaning no matter how strange it may seem.

As a film enthusiast, the first kiss was way too soon!!!! No grounds for passion established yet. The story needed to build more first then the kiss maybe.

This piece of art has touched me really deep. I've been crying all the time since I still wait to met my daughter some day.

Yes, the lawyers 'falling in love' after a few days and kissing each other in every other scene was ridiculous, and may I add - bizarre! I liked the ending, too.

The legal precedent I see is that he had been doing this for almost 20-years and they have been citing him for the past three years. Under ex-post facto laws, since he can show a history of putting a tree on his roof without incident or citation for almost 17 years; and since you cannot create a law making what has been historically accepted as legal to be illegal overnight, his case could have been won based on that alone. What say you?

Enjoyed the move, only thing I had a problem with was that her parents seemed the same age as the lead actor..they should have casted with a bit older actors

Absolutely not. I am 69 years young and i watch them during my weekend off. Christmas movies always keep me in touch with my heart and helps me to stay happy even when the world seems falling apart letting us know that there is hope and we should not forget nor give up. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays , Season's Greetings, what ever each and every one believes in. Be happy and safe to every body.

Love this movie. Watched it 4 times. The sound and quality was very good. I can watch Christmas movies all year round. Looking forward to visiting Christmas town in a few weeks. This is where a few of hallmark Christmas movies are made.

A great movie. You know fairly early on how it will end, but it's beautifully written, well acted, and makes you glad you watched it. Well done!

One of the BEST Christmas movies, best examples of HOPE, it represents no matter what, we should never give up, and even when we don't understand some, most of our greatest blessings and the GIFT of Christmas is helping and being there for someone else. No matter what. Now, is anyone else UGLY crying and feel like they just unwrapped a priceless present.. you know, one that Money cannot buy because it's conceived, grown and birthed from The heart??? May THIS kind of care, compassion and love be real for EVERYONE this Christmas and every one to follow!

The reason for the tree on the roof of his house will bring you to tears!!! Wonderful movies, Michele Morgan and Tim Reid were excellent! A film full of hope and new beginnings, even when there has been a past filled with suffering. This is the kind of movie that belongs on Network TV. Not all the shoot em' up garbage .

I love this movie especially when the reason why he had put the Christmas Tree on his roof every year. I have cry at the end of the movie. This movie is very touching

Not only that, but they kissed often throughout the film, as real couples do. I'm so tired of hallmark films waiting until the last scene to show the kiss, as if it's something very intimate that people only do after they have fallen completely in love. IRL, kissing by the first or second date is the norm.

I'm glad it ended that way! I was afraid they were going to say his son died and the tree was on the roof so he could see it from heaven. 😂 This movie had a much better ending!

Wow!!! Very beautiful movie!! This made me cry... Christmas music & movies was my Mom & Dad's favorite time of the year.. I keep my ringback tone "Rockin Around the Christmas Tree" by Brenda Lee on my phone... Everyone loves calling me summer time just to hear it.. My Dad always loved that song..
