Robocop toys are one of my favorite toy lines!I got them on my allowance money at Fred Meyers !

I used to have a 15” vacmetal Robocop figure with sound effect and the gun really came out of his leg holster after you open it up, and his helmet came off and you could take out his brain.

@@piperatthegatesofdawn yeah and the spike even slid out of his hand too, there were Hasbro 12” Terminator and Alien & Space Marine that were sold at Toys R Us also around the same time that were great if you like 12” GI Joe type figures.

Rambo also became a cartoon and had toys just like RoboCop, but don’t think Alien or Predator had cartoons (missed opportunity, would’ve been cool if done right), but they had toys as well. Also, the RoboBelding bit was great, too bad we didn’t have a RoboBelding in the short lived Saved by the Bell reboot/sequel series, it would’ve made the show a lot better and made it watchable.

That first basic Robocop figure was the first Action Figure I ever got as a kid. Would love to have another one, my NECA Robocop is great theres just no place to insert any Roll Caps in his back. I suppose we can't have it all.

I liked RoboBelding. :) Keeper I kept thinking you're going to say Richard Belzer. :) haha That Birdman Barnes was a pretty cool looking figure. I liked the RoboCop figures with removeable helmets. The ED-260 would be cool on its own even if you weren't interested in the line. Thanks for the video

Robo-Belding is awesome. Idk what channel that came on, never knew it existed back then. I saw the movie in theater alone when I was 9, a toned down cartoon for kids would not have fed my burgeoning bloodlust & bewb hunger.

Keep Robo-Belding, he is great! His character and lines will improve overtime creating an awesome addition to the show.

​@ThatJunkman man, I found that disgusting when I saw it at my friend's birthday/sleepover as a kid. I dreamed about it for at least a week.

I had the standard RoboCop, Lewis, Headhunter & McNamara. Plus I had the Robo 1 car, Headhunter's motorcycle and RoboCop's motorcycle. Those 2 motorcycles would be recycled for the Joker's motorcycle and Batman's motorcycle for the Dark Knight Collection.

Awesome video Junkman! I had the Robocop figures and all the vehicles that were made for the line. Not many vehicles were made though but I had two of the OCP police cars. Around the same time I was also collecting the Incredible Crash Test Dummies figures and vehicles at the same time. Great video Junkman thank you for sharing your thoughts and opinions on this figure line and also the education about them too. Have a great day my friend and thank you again.

Hell yeah! I loved my robocop action figure. If I remember correctly..the helmet fit perfectly. And the ED-209 was a little stiff

My brother had a few of these, but I forget which ones. He may have had the car and glow in the dark RoboCop. I was into comics by this point. I loved the first two movies, and the 80s cartoon is cool.

I think the robo cycle was reused as an early 90s bat cycle.

I dig Robo-belding. He would also have been cool in the Pocket Rockers video with all those Saved by the Bell colors.

I usually found a 5 inch RoboCop figure at OddLots and dollar stores. I liked it, because you could fit the gun in his leg like in the movie

I love and collect this line, I currently have all the vehicles except Skull Hog and ED-260. Also, Dr. McNamara was actually in the movie, he was at the controller of ED-209 when Kinney was blasted, Dick Jones called him out by name. The only downside to this toy line is the chrome chips too easily.

Great video, but I have to go. Somewhere there is a crime happening.

More PUPPY, less Robo!

I had the Robocop with caps in the back and the car. My little kid hands hated that handle. I wasn't aware there was a Robocop cartoon, but I knew there was a movie. Such a unique time to be a kid where some of our toys came from R-rated movies that weren't supposed to be for kids.

I owned RobertCop because he was a better value than the originals lol

why did they name the toy the ED 260? It was the ED-209 in the movie....

Robo Belding should bring Screech to a halt. With the Robocop and Indiana Jones action figures, I only got the main character and used him with my Joes.
