I've been diamond in 2s for years now, but I've only ever grinded on 3s. Last night I played about 15 games in 2s, and to my surprise I won the first 10 or so in a row, but started going even at diamond 2. Suddenly getting champ doesn't feel impossible now. At least in 2s. 3s at diamond is a lot harder and I always de-rank.

Hey bro here some tips from a c3. From watching your gameplay I see you are commiting to a lot of balls you shouldn't, I recomend learning shadow defense and everytime they have the possession you shadow. Focus on shooting and aerial too since diamonds lack that. And ffs don't try to be a speedy Gonzales and rush every ball pretending you are a high ranked fast player, you don't need to play fast in your rank. Also, rotate back post :)

Man, I want champ badly, been hardstuck d2/3 for 2yrs. But I've played in c1 with someone and was able to keep up very well. I don't want to be one of those people, but I feel like I should be c1

Gon be a bit of a hike, Im finally not hard stuck in diamond, ive been solid C1 C2, my advice - link with m8s youre having good chemistry with and try to streak

i can give you a few tips: stay closer to ur teammate and rotate closer to him or rotate trough midfield (closer to him and not wide so you can react if he wiffs) if he has pressure on him, pre jump/insta challenge most of the dribblers on defance cuz they give in high pressure/unexpected challenges, play freeplay on 90% game speed for 5-10 min for warmup and after 2-3 games play freeplay on 90% again for 2-5min if you plan on continiuing with ranked if not do some training packs,(don't do training before the games separate the warm up and the training) ur overall mechs are godly for diamond so just improve the consistency of things like power shots, power clears, wall shots etc. Work on your clears and hit the ball with purpose/try and make a play or pass to teammate. And last but not least your teammates will commit too much so just let them do it but with caution cuz their diamonds yk. Hope this helps and good luck on reaching champ!

ive been stuck in diamond for like a year lol. i finally reched champ last season, but i feel like everyone got so much better, and now im diamond again. i do feel like i keep improving and im 10 times better than last year. but i fell like to rank up you have to progress faster than everyone else.

The rank reset brought everyone down 150-300 mmr. So last season gc's are now in c2-3, and c3-2's are now in c1-d3. Last season I was high c3, touching gc every so often. Now I'm stuck high c2 touching c3 every so often.
