Because all she does was lying, crying and manipulating everyone against Hurrem sultan and literally hiding behind everyone even her own child.Princess Isabella returned to her homeland with the help of Hurrem sultan because Ibrahim tried to kill princess to frame Hurrem. And not sharing her husband with others is not betrayal😂. Sulieman himself accepted this that nobody is innocent in that palace but hurrem never betrayed him. Go and watch the series properly. And stop making your own story 😂😂😂😂

2:01 it’s how Mihrimah truly never defied her mother for anyone. When Pedro came around she could’ve easily ran away from her duties as a sultana and from Rustem finally but she chose to stay instead of disgracing her dynasty.

I doubt she'd leave with Pedro purely for the fact she enjoys the powers and privileges of a sultana. She'd lose all that if she ran away with him.

@@asaasura6901 I really don't think her family would be disgraced at all nor would Hürrem be blamed for that decision. Publicly, they can just say Mihrimah Sultana passed away, behind the scenes her family would be devastated, Hürrem's rivals would blame it on her, but considering Mihrimah is basically almost a middle aged woman at that point it's basically allll on her.

The show decided to treat it as if princes could have harems while still in the capital (they could _not_ ) while still keeping to the rule that no children could be born until leaving. Insisting on Mehmed not paying too much attention to a single concubine actually makes sense if you're trying to avoid pregnancy while still in the capital.

16:55 nobody calls you valide sultan, mahidevran. Everyone calls hurrem sultan valide sultan in capital as that position belongs to her!!!

Her actress, Cansu Dere, actually started as a model, which I think is where some of that inner grace comes from. Honestly, though, I wish the spy element of her character got more played up since she really has an impressive range for complex characters.
