My dear old Dad introduced me to Brighton 54 years ago when I was seven years old, and I have been supporting them all these years. These are wonderful times to be a Brighton supporter and I wish he was around now to see what a great club it has grown into.

I started supporting Brighton when two seasons ago they beat Man United 4-1 in the last game of the PL. Mainly because there was only one Brighton supporter in the whole pub. All i have to say is, what a time to support this club! Up the Albion!

Brilliant video. Well researched and really well presented. Most people just think Brighton’s success is down to a bit of good scouting where they’ve got lucky but there’s so much more to it which you’ve outlined really well. This isn’t a flash in the pan and they won’t be going the way of Southampton and Leicester any time soon.

This Brighton team are an absolute joy to watch. More importantly, I love what they represent - a side of football away from the "big" teams who just spend crazy money, get all the top players and dominate. They should continue to build around this team, I would love to see them competing consistently in UCL in the coming years.

My first game watching the Albion was in the mid seventies in a pre season against the local prison!!!! Yes, the local prison and it was a god awful game, but that was it for me and have been an Albion fan for fifty years. It has been eventful, from "...and Smith must score" in the FA Cup final, to the goal that kept the team in the football league. The demise of Goldstone, trips to Gillingham, then onto weather beaten Withdean athletics track. It has been one hell of a roller coaster so I think Brighton fans who have been through that deserve a little success. But we know in football there are ups and downs, so hang on and enjoy the ride. And to new fans, welcome aboard!!

Great feature. Like so many Albion fans I was there in the dark death throes of the Goldstone, the escape at Hereford and the limbo of Gillingham. We deserve these days as we've earned them through blood, sweat and tears not artificially bolstered by oil rich benefactors. Our boss is a self made millionaire but critically a true long life fan

It ain't that far fetched. That would require a few injuries in Man City camp and Brighton can win the league. Lets face it, Brighton is currently the second best team in the league. Yeah sure LFC, Arsenal are there, but Brighton's game is much more fluid and after 38 games, I would bet on 23 years old to remain on top of their game as supposed to 26 years old.

Thoroughly interesting, well constructed, and researched video! My first match as an Albion fan, saw them put six goals past Watford, to become Champions of the old Third Division South in 1958, a title they still actually hold, due to the South and North becoming the Third and Fourth Divisions the following season. The journey since those days has been full of ups and downs, but certainly, following the Albion has never been dull. In my wildest dreams though, I could never have envisaged what the club has become. To witness the team totally outplay and dominate Manchester United this last Saturday, in what was the fourth league victory in a row over that side, was unbelievable. We are arguably the best run club in the world, have arguably one of the best managers in the world, and have a setup which the so-called big six clubs view with total envy. What a fantastic time to follow this amazing club.

Excellent video. I had no idea it was the first on the channel until you said at the end. Going from running on the pitch as a 9 year old in '97 to dig up some grass before the ground was demolished, to going to our first european game on Thursday is mad. Everyone see's the progress over the last few years, but it's hard to explain to people the lows of the 20 years prior to that. We were playing in a 2000 seater athletics track where I used to have my school sports days ffs lol.

Very difficult thing to do running a club so well. Hopefully they keep it up. Also great content, subscribed 👍

So good to see a smaller club achieve this success and break the mould. As a Watford fan, I'm quite envious as this is what we should have become. I can see parallels between how Bloom and Pozzo run their clubs. In 2019 we had similar success but became complacent, then not been the same since relegation in covid. Whereas Tony Bloom seems to make continual improvements. Glad Joao Pedro is smashing it already there.

Great video! simple and direct just like the content of it A lot of teams are using date to not say all of them but the different here is how you use it and what for because data gives you half of the answer , like pep always been saying i always ask about the players mentality and mindset , you can bring any player you want as long as you have the money but not any player fits into your team tactic and dressing room and understanding of the team and spirit and team goals etc so right now Brighton is doing great job and i hope they continue on that just like this youtube channel i hope you continue on creating simple and direct and entertaining plus educating others , thanks

Being fans since Graham Potter era and I thought it was the best day to be Brighton fans, and then De Zerbi came. The best day of my life and surely alot more to come.

great explanation of how Brighton go about their business - Brighton is my home town and this has to be the simply the best time for the Seagulls, with owner, back office, coach and players all on the same page and showing up the ridiculous waste of spending by the big clubs. Up the Albion!

Its a great club with the great structure and management as a United fan this is hurting to see how most of the top team were humbled by this club these is not a small club any more the will be on par with Newcastle now as a top 5 club in EPL hope they maintain and become one of the top clubs in EPL. Now if United manage to beat Brighton we can beat any team in the club that how good they have become. Brilliant video btw this will be an eye opener for many that think loosing to this club is an embarrassment instead they are one of the team to beat.

As a Brighton fan, I think de zerbi is the best manager in the league and Tony bloom is the best owner in the world. Also nobody ever talk about our history including this video so I'd like this channel to start to talk about the fa cup final or 1997 Robby REINELT and ownership issues
