@@DeCurtaRican your probably thinking of the post 2014 Seahawks when the LOB became older and weaker but in 2012-2014 our defense was the main reason why we won and were plenty reliable in late games.

The Seahawks had everything in place to become a dynasty. But when you lose a Super Bowl, it’s just a different follow up process than winning a Super Bowl. Crazy how it all seemed to crumble in just ONE PLAY.

Being a massive seahawks supporter, I will admit, this is a very tough transition for us, but people still need to realize that we still have talent on all sides of the ball, and we can still get to the playoffs (as we saw in 2028-19). Yes, the LOB era is gone and irriplaceable, but were doing just fine, the word "underdog" has a nice ring to it afterall.

Starting to watch the Hawks again after a couple years off. I couldn't stomach the disrespect of the team to each other, the fans, the coaches, the refs. It was like Egos gone wild. Still sad to see the Legion end cause they were amazing in their day and I loved watching the games. Russell throwing, Lynch running and the Legion booming. It’s crazy... I was a Broncos fan living in Washington during the rebuild and during the fall of the LOB. Even saw Richards interview live and was like “this man is insane!”. Life was hell at school after the super bowl haha. And during the super bowl my mom just turned off the tv, an hour later we heard the fireworks from the stadium. We lived very close to training camp and we could actually hear the band in the morning.

Why would Seattle’s defense wonder what happened, when it was their own defense who gave up over 300 yards passing, and 4 TD’s

because the LOB principle coverage was based on cover 3. It is good at certain things like against deep balls but bad at stoping underneath throws in the soft zones. Also Jeremy Lane was injured during the game and Brady picked on the replacement corner throughout the game

Yes, he is the Goat fs, but he wasn't perfect or "lighting it up" either. He threw like 2 ints right?? their run game was shut down so Tom had to throw like 50 times. Defense made a helluva play last second to win it all.

I started being a seattle seahawks fan in 2014 and I saw them growing with each other from adding more unique players to better chemistry but when the "play" happened their injuries got them the most honestly then the "play" but they are fully recovered from that and now is going forward which I'm glad to see.

KWhite III irrelevant. Players either fall off or free agent signings don’t pant out. This is why teams that draft most of their talent will be the most successful. The draft is the main way to win a super bowl and a superstar qb.

I will never forget that 2010-2011 season when the Seahawks faced my Rams in Week 17. It was Sam Bradford's rookie season and the winner of that game would secure a Wild Card spot in the playoffs. The Seahawks won and since then I always hated them for taking away the Rams playoff spot.

That summer bowl play they lost made me cry.... it’s been 5 years and I still remember how that guy wrenching feeling

Man, what Pete carroll has done with his time in the NFL this time around is awesome.

Larry Fitzgerald hitting Sherman with a crackback block was one of he most satisfying plays I've seen, also the Rams crushing them with over 40 points in 2017.
