The right way to lose weight
Habits -- Health -- Weight loss
1. Good habits -
Food - Eat local, seasonal and traditional foods. Eat from kitchen and not from packets. Eat with all senses and with gratitude and not fear.
Exercise - Stay active all day. Sit less, move more. Minimum 150 mins of exercise every week.
Sleep - fix a bedtime and wakeup time. Regulate gadget use, especially before sleeping.
Mind - Pursue your hobbies and spend time with loved ones.
2. Good health -
Energy levels are high
Sleep quality is good
Digestion is smooth
No acidity or bloating
No PMS or Period pain
Good skin and hair
You feel like exercising
Blood sugars are regulated
3. Weight loss -
Sustainable and not yo-yo
Lose fat mass
Gain lean body mass and bone mineral density
~10% body weight an year
Irreversible
Good habits lead to good health which leads to sustainable weight loss. So focus on habits. This is the right way to lose weight.

    This is truely the secret of weight loss mam. I have never planned to reduce weight, but when I decided to reduce some postpartum weight, I luckily found your video and than ordered all your books and perhaps you won't believe, that I have read your 3 books within 15 days and ordered another 3. Those books really motivated me to adopt healthy lifestyle, to include workout in daily routine and I lost 10 kg in 4 months. I enjoy all festive delicacies without any guilt, in whole winter season I ate gajar halwa every week but not worried about weight gain. I am so thankful to you dear.     @AnshySays what did u do for portion size of meals, did u reduce them to one roti and some sabzi or did u eat till u no longer felt hungry (like followed the three S s - sit, slow and senses?)

    My experience ... I literally gave a thought on bringing a decency in habits ( sleep, minimal gadget use, walking more, being happy - even when in stress, meditation, yoga/exercise and controlled food intake in the right way ) and the results are that yes it works miracles ... Not just i had lost few kilos within 2 weeks now but also more happy more active and not starving for any food that i wish to eat anytime ... What more could anyone ask for ...     Guys, its very simple.all u need is consistency in ur meal, sleep and workout pattern. Dont lose focus and stay consistent. You dont need to join stupid gyms n health centres. Btr use that money on u n poors who r struggling to eat even one time meal.

    Awesome video! Pleeeeease can you post a 30 mt per day weekly exercise list ..so we can start implementing everything in detail. You have posted many videos on exercise but its a hassle to keep opening diff videos during the 30 mts. One full weekly list will really help. Thank you!!

    I have lost 7 1/2 kg s doing IF 16:8. I like my breakfast so I skip dinner. I have healthy breakfast... Poha, eggs, cheese, Adai dosa, pesarattu, Upma etc. Lunch with low carbs.. Just reduced my chapathis.. I have only one.. Some small snack with tea. Nothing after 4.30 pm. Green Tea if I feel like it. I try to walk 10,000 steps within my home... Many days I can't do that much. It does not really matter as long as you feel good.
