Lee "Mozza" Morris takes a trip down memory lane, and visits an old haunt of his, The Roach Pit.
It has been 15 years since Mozza last stepped foot on the venue, so to have a session back on there, he is understandably very excited!
With three nights to try and make something happen, it's certainly going to be a challenge as the lake is no pushover, but with two 50lb+ carp in the venue the effort is worth it! Tune in to find out how Mozza opts to fish, where, and all the thought processes that go along with this type of Carp Fishing.

Mozza,Alan Blair and mark pitchers are the only anglers I can watch who are consistently entertaining! The top 3 anglers in my opinion! I’ll watch every video they do .

The challenge, with Pitchers and Harry is simply the funniest and informative content on here.The 2 of them together are golden, and Marks muses have changed my life😂

Brilliant film and editing what a stunning lake , you couldn't of asked for a better fish wow what a banger the colouring and scales was something else looked like someone poured honey over it lol watching your excitement made that a pleasure to watch top angling as always Lee

Agreed... But zero the sling after wetting and not dry like here! You can take off 4oz at least from this capture as it has not been done correctly here
Quality film, Mozza`s enthusiasm is very infectious and he does not have to try and be funny for the cameras like some other so called celebrity anglers, it just comes naturally.
Wow I was hearing of the roach pit 30 plus years ago and it was a hit ticket then
I fished it 2008-2010 it looks to have changed quite a bit. Access to the shingle bank must make a world of difference, back then i waited about 8 years for a ticket from Cemex.

The roach pit is another legend water which is syndicate! As a carp man ! Try and understand how hard it is to work on one off the roofs looking over a water i will never get the chance to fish 😢. But thanks fir the watch and glad you properly enjoyed your time there . To many videos are done with false smiles .

Quick question, how long do them fox scales stay zero'd to the sling? Are they still zero'd if they auto turn off? Probably why people deduct the sling, because they are unsure if the scales are still minus the sling weight. Genuine question, mega carp aswell.

I always zero before every use. Dead simple and great scales used them for years battery lifes fantastic too hope this helps

What hook pattern does mozza use on his ronnies?
Trouble is put the scales to zero with the sling on. Them put it in the water and added weight
Excellent video Lee, really do like the way you give distances and wraps for everyone to take note of, not many top anglers do this, hats off to you fella.

One thing I have always wondered, you obviously have someone on the bank watching the rods as you put them out, what would you do if you were on your own ? and the first rod went off :)

Long waiting list I was on that for a good number of years by all accounts I got offered my ticket, yet he had no proof when I asked him as he actually never contacted me yet a mate got his ticket the same year j got offered and got a phone call, not a fan of the bloke expecially when prices vary if your going to do free labour or not wasted syndicate imo

Sorry turned off halfway through when crimp was mentioned, sorry to offend anyone but I'm old school and knots are a true measure of an angler, don't want to rely on a crimp, so many rigs now with this that and the other. What's wrong with a simple knotless knot hook tie and hair going back to single swivel, SIMPLES

Probably the most cringy reaction to catching a carp. Imagine seeing that across the lake
