Hirsch once mentioned that he keeps certain things close to his chest in case he wants to use them in the future. It happened with Bill's backstory that will now be a book, and he mentioned wanting to explore Stan and Ford's sea adventures. If we get a continuation (which I doubt) I think it'll be that.

Maybe it'll be a reboot, with more creatove freedom such as having lgbtq relationships and more horror, maybe even a disney plus retelling in pg-13 to accompany the book of bill, it will also allow the show to have its finale get a longer runtime and have all the goodbyes to the characters.

Bill Cipher comes back and the Gravity Falls gang get Ford to open the portal again and recruit people from other dimensions to stop Bill and they go to the boiling isles and then at the end of the Amphibia book the girl who helped them get back to Amphibia called Anne and said she had good news and that news is she found a portal in Gravity Falls. Anne, Sasha and Marcy then all go back to Amphibia where Bill is Wierdmaggedoning the place because Maddie made a deal with him to increase her magical powers. Amphibia characters fight back and are joined by the Owl House and Gravity Falls characters through the new portal door from the end of The Owl House. They all team up to fight Bill and Dipper, Mabel, Soos, the Stans and Wendy are weilding all the classic gadgets from Gravity Falls like the Size-Changing Torch and the Blind Eye Ray etc.

I feel like another thing that would encourage Disney to make more Gravity falls would be the dumpster fire that came out of canceling The Owl House. With them realizing that, shocked Pikachu face, TOH was extremely popular and a huge money maker. With Gravity Falls also being a soft horror series, it's the perfect alternative to admitting they were wrong about TOH

The "Bill's return" Crossover with Amphibia and The Owl House in a grown up setting has so much potential. I would love to have a movie or movie series for that. The setting: Bill is somehow returning and breaking the borders between worlds and all the Heros of Amphibia and Owl House have to gather to save their world. It would be perfect to not destroy existing storys but give them more depth. Serve the fandom and maybe open up a whole new universe for disney to produce content for.

I would love to see them return, but as adults or late teenagers. Not exactly a season 3, but a new story following the characters we love at a later point in their life

Don't get me wrong, when I first watched the show I would have definitely enjoyed another season, but as time passed I have really come to appreciate what an amazing job Alex Hirsch did with the show. It endet perfectly, and it even left some questions, which was great for the fandom because there was room for fan theories.

i would LOVE a prequel series following the adventures of the Stan twins, all the way up to their eventual falling out and Grunkle Stan moving into the shack.

I hope that there will be a Owl-house cameo. or at least Owl house related episode with the defunct portal reactivating, sucking the pines into the Boiling isles. With a post credit episode of Stan remembering Eda as his Ex-wife, crying as he couldn't get his money back.

Maybe a show that covers what Ford was doing while he was sent through the multiverse, maybe add a cameo of Rick Sanchez

And there was intended to be one character that appeared in both series to connect them further, but Gravity Falls never got the opportunity to add the guy in their side. They both had similar shirts with half of a full code on either one, I don’t recall what the code decoded vvas though-it was something to poke fun at watchers, though lol.

I miss the times of the good disney cartoons!!! Gravity Falls, Amphibia and The Owl House were all so good! A dream would come true if just one series comes back, I think they could have done more, even with the newer ones. Especially because they did TOH so dirty😢❤

I don’t think gravity falls needs a revival. It had a begining middle and end. Unless Alex is behind this. I feel like the finale is pretty conclusive. Disney’s energy would be better focused on giving more to things like owl house or amphibia. I don’t really know where you could go as gravity falls tied up most of its loose ends.

Here's an idea: They could do a spinoff about Ford's dimensional travels then do a time-skip and focus on him and Stan in the future.

I could honestly see a spinoff series exploring Blandin and the world of the time travel stuff

Soos being a father would be so cute 🥺 I didn't know I needed this up until now 🥺 Imagine him adopting two children giving them the live he never had and just playing with them all day 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

I think the best way to set it up would be a funeral for Stan. It would be a great and easy way to bring everyone together and give a simple reason for everyone to talk about what they have been up to while introducing potentially new characters. Dipper can get introduced to any new weird incidents and Mabel will gush over relationships and kids that formed while they were gone. It would also to set them up with a potential job. At the end have it revealed that the funeral was just a fake so that Stan can get out of some trouble he got himself into either with a government, crime syndicate, or supernatural group.

It ended perfectly, but you can still go in directions with Gravity Falls. Follow Ford and Stanley’s adventures, Dipper and Mabel’s second summer in town, not something big like Bill, but still some fun monster of the week with and overarching mystery. Maybe with Bill defeated, weirdness is spreading out of town?

Frankly, Star Vs. The Forces Of Evil should be the only Disney series to get some sort of revival special or mini-series of sorts because it's still a very divisive finale that I can see being expanded due to how open-ended it was. Yet, oddly, I'm a bit nervous on how it would turn out since I'm currently doing a fanfic continuation of it myself (that happens to also have some crossovers), so...I'm in a bit of a crossroads on this.

GravityFall comeback in 2026. My fan channel that been inactive since 2018 : FINALLY! I LIVE AGAIN!!!

I wouldn’t want a full on revival, but a special event. A limited time series that gives us a glimpse back into the world. Something like distant lands or steven universe future. A timeskip, a darker plot.

I would be so happy if Bill returned with his "Different form" from his final message to Stan. Although I love how Garvity Falls ending was perfect and it should stay that way, its nice to enter the woods once again, especially when The Book of Bill is one month away from its release, (I wouldn't be surprised if the Human Bill fans are rising from their graves as we speak)

I would love it if the new gravity falls was like, Dipper and Mabel's kids- a group of 4 kids, maybe some are twins maybe none of them are, and the dynamic among the cousins are like that of the mystery incorporated crew BUT with the vibes and mystery of gravity falls

If it was me, I would have dipper (now in his 20's) working on remaking the journals while finding new things on top of that, Mabel would show up with either Her niece/nephew or cousins from another part of the family (could be from the non pines half of their family or another pines family member who was a bit older and didn't need babysitting) You can have Mabel playing the more stan like side while dipper is closer to ford, soos can be the guy running the mystery shack and be himself, but older a bit more mature and smarter, potentially with kids. (adding that from this video cause its a cool concept) the other characters can be in or out on their own time. edit when I said Mabel would be with her niece/nephew I don't mean they are dippers kids I mean they are dipper/Mabel's cousins kids.

I never was able too watch stuff unless it was on a disc but in 2020 I found out about gravity falls and watched it on Disney plus and now I love the show not nearly as much as people who watched the show when it first came out but I still love the show

This show WAS MY CHILDHOOD! I loved it. From the funny jokes and terrifying ghosts, this show didn't stop to think to not do something crazy and I love that, one episode it could be the twins breaking into a store another episode it could be fighting every horror possible. And I loved it. I would sell everything I had to get another season of gravity falls.

I’ve never prayed for anything before but dear fucking god LET US HAVE THIS

I quite like where it ended for Dipper and Mabel, but I'd be really excited for a spinoff with the original Pines twins. It could be about where their adventures take them post-Gravity Falls (as we saw in the Stan O War II) or if we got a few episodes on what their lives were like while they were apart. Journal 3 highlights this and so does the show, but as you mentioned, there are a lot of details missing in between that could make for some fun adventures.

There are only 2 things that I know Alex is interested in making that is Gravity Falls related. In a recent interview he said that when they were making the Lost Legends book, he thought up a small series of Stan and Ford sea adventures that could become a book series, and in an interview a few years back he said that he was interested in creating a full blown Gravity Falls video game but be more involved in it then the first one (Legends of the Gnome Gemulets). I don't want a season 3 or a movie, in my opinion there's nothing left to do without taking a few steps back. But I would actually love to see these 2 things come out!

A darkness is approaching a day will come in the future when everything you care about change. But until then I'll be watching you...

I always though it would be cool if bill came back but like how he was when he started out as a god of chaos and got his own series where he had to work with random background characters to regain enough power to leave, all while avoiding the pines! Imagine the chaos!

Not sure if it's true but that would be crazy! The thumbnail made me click REALLY fast, looks like the Twins reunite as adults to return to Gravity Falls to revive their childhood, pretty wholesome!

I knew it! I knew that a Phineas and Ferb revival would lead to a Gravity Falls one! And this is only the beginning. In time the same shall happen to The Owl House and Amphibia as well! And maybe after Secret Wars releases they’ll make a parody with all our favorite Disney cartoons in one big beautiful crossover! Well, here’s my pitch for this revival. Alex Hirsch posted a few years ago that McGucket becomes President in 2016. They could do something with that and have the kids becoming 15 anc entering High School. Also, Dipcifica is a must.

I don't know about returning to Gravity Falls itself. They covered the strange happenings of the town pretty well over two seasons. But it would be good to maybe do an anthology where Dipper & Mabel explore other places with weird things going on & Dipper documenting them in a new journal or series of journals. That could be a good way to work in the quick nods to The Owl House & Amphibia that fans of all three shows would expect to see (& by that I mean we see journal entries about Ann fighting Andreas & reference to a house with the door the Collector added to it (or even how they visited the Boiling Isles)), while coming up with new ideas for things & people that they meet along the way.

I think the perfect idea for a Gravity Falls spin off show would be about possibly Stan and Ford or possibly some other characters like maybe Dipper and Mabel going on adventures across the rest of the world to observe other anomalies and how those things would affect the larger multiverse of Gravity Falls as a whole.

It would be cool instead of a sequel series we would get a prequel. And learn about what stand pines went through when he was in the portal for 30 years

Gravity falls in the future/alternate universe or maybe even like… the weirdness bubble gets bigger or smaller ones start popping up elsewhere and Dipper and Mable have to help Ford and Stan take care of things. Maybe make it a little Supernatural/Scooby Doo esque where they have to travel to places and solve monster/fairy tale type problems. And perhaps mable and dipper could also be a content creators with a joint channel as well as their own. Dippers more science minded and serious content and Mable doing random tutorials and doing popular dances with minotaurs or the like. I’m sure something like that could be nice. I can see it in my head. Mable is my favorite. Her and Wendy are cool ladies.

As for how the rest of the characters would be? No idea. I imagine maybe Wendy goes to Portland or Seattle for college. Robbie has his band. Maybe they take off a little. Stan and Ford as usual. Soos? Probably still working at the Mystery Shack. Pacifica? Probably does like GRWM content/ clothing hauls and stuff got to do with making yourself pretty. Bet she’s still petty and rude at times but less so bc she is matured. Also I think it would be cool to open like this: one of the twins is sleeping and dreaming about the old times. Their first summer in Gravity Falls. And then wakes up to an alarm in bed or maybe they were in class at school and they’re older. It may not be everyones choice but I liked this idea. Maybe maple was snoozing at her desk bc she worked so hard helping old folks over the weekend to do macaroni crafts. And her teacher slaps his desk a little to shock her awake and she wakes up panicked like “I didnt give the Minotaurs any super glue I swear!! It wasnt- oh. Whoops sorry. Didnt mean to snooze there. Who knew Macaroni crafts could be so tiring?!” 😂

I would DEEPLY love to see the next part. We all know gravity falls was a legendary show, and we want more of it. Whether it is a movie, sequel, or whatever, we want more. (But me first, because I’m greedy, lol.)

Hirsch has always been open about wanting to make something a little more mature, like a series about the Stan o' War and i think that he never budged about that, but the passing of time and the success of Book of Bill preorders made Disney come back to the table.

I experienced gravity Falls when I came across it on Hulu and also hearing it from another KZreadr when I came across it on Hulu, I gave it a chance one weekend during my summer and I fell in love with the show and I was wondering if there will be another series Now that I’m hearing a potential new series I would like that and I definitely want an adult series for a different version of gravity Falls. I think it would be awesome, but also still continuation to some degree. I am hoping that a brand new gravity Falls series is on the way.

it would be sick as hell to see the twins in the future, both sets! there’s so many fan comics that have the younger pines twins or their kids visit Gravity Falls 10 or so years in the future, so a sequel series in 2026 would be accurate too. oh how i’d kill to see Wendy at 27 with a scuffed pine tree hat and Dipper at 23 with Wendy’s hat on his head

Keep in mind, it's Disney asking Alex. Alex has said he isn't too inclined to continue gravety falls unless he can come up with a sayisfying sequel, which he hasn't yet. He has said he's content with leaving gravity falls with it's current ending.

can you imagine the next show starts off with adult mable cleaning then finding her old scrapbook from that summer and then calling everyone on like a facetime or just calling dipper and then they get in a bus and drive off to gravity falls thats how i imagine the next show might start

I’m a og fan and I just wanted to see the show come back and I’m glad they finally are . Also we might get to see dipper and Pacifica be a thing ❤ point is it has a chance to show us what changed and new monsters and mysteries ❤

Also considering how bill was in that comic I think it would show how many years passed bill was slowly becoming more mad at the pines family after his defeat and getting even more ready for revenge so of course he would do something like that and something tells me technically him killing a baby isn't really new considering his whole dimension to the ground and there might have been babies that child's age in the dimension when it burned down so yeah technically forcing someone else to kill a baby but in a way it would really be him that was killing that baby wouldn't really be new for him but that would still be pretty messed up

It would be incredibly cool to see how all the characters matured

You know I can almost picture it! It shows the Pines twins sitting around as they move house and they're going through some old boxes and Mable pulls out the grappling hook and it goes a little something like; (shuffling noises) (Mable gasps) Hey Dipper~ (Dipper sighs) Oh no...Mable what sort of mischief have you discovered in that box? (Mable smirks and whips out the hook and shoots it into the ceiling) GRAPPLING HOO-! (She falls to the ground before she can finish the line as her age and weight can no longer be held up by the hook) They laugh and start to reminisce about their adventures showing flash backs with ach item. But something is off, the memories aren't right, and the more the reminiece the worse it gets. Dipper starts to suspect this but Mable throws around her goofy quirky chaotic nature and they get distracted as they chase eachother through the house. You hear the parents call the kids for lunch but its faded and glitchy sounding as the camera zooms in on a box in the middle of the room it's dipper's box, and you hear this loud aweful humming drone that gets louder and louder the closer the camera gets. And then you hear a voice but it get cut short, cut to black and a few seconds pass followed by the infamous Bill Cipher psychotic laughter we all knew and loved! Cue theme song and new and/or remixed series intro and the voice of Alex Hirchse or whoever else giving us whatever cipher clue we would need just like old times! But when the community solves it the code says "We'll Meet Again". Cue internet freakout and scene! It may or may not wind up like this, it would be hype as hell if it did. But If all we get is some minisodes that work similar to SU Future then that'll be a nice simple show to just binge watch at night or something. But I do genuinely hope we get a big series similar to what Fiona & Cake are doing!

Yeah, some kind of way to bring us back to Gravity Falls would be nice, but I personally would not ve okay with doing it if Alex Hirsch doesn't want to. It's his show, after all.
