Thumbs up, sold me on the multiple functionality. My PR5000 was ordered during the last stock they just ran out of. Still waiting for the rear stabilizer and front feet, will order these too when they're in. Rogue came to my rescue by having both barbells in stock that I wanted, and they just restocked a couple different types of bumpers, so I was able to snag those too. Just need the REP accessories to come back and I'll be all decked out

I looooove the Rogue lever arms so I bought them for my RM-6. If I could try the Rep before I bought them, I might consider them because I do think the locking positions are a great idea, but I don’t like all the lateral play, and it’s FAR from a guarantee that Rep will have those back in stock Nov/Dec 2020. I do think their customer service is very good though. I placed a big pre-order with them at the thick of the pandemic and canceled it to go with Rogue because their ETAs kept moving. Once they’re back in stock, I’ll be curious to see if Rogue modifies their design at all, might even pick up a pair of these on the other side of my rack...? Thanks for the review, Coop!

These are pretty nice. I got the PR-4000 version, but the concept is the same. They're a pain in the ass to move up and down the uprights. They're tight on the uprights, so you have to make sure the whole system is just parallel to get them to move. And then when you're trying to pin it in, the holes have a really tight tolerance so it can be tricky to get the pins to go through. All while making sure the angle and height is correct holding 65 pounds. Some extra strength could help me (I'll get there!), but it's still more of a juggling act than I was expecting. That said, functionality is fantastic. Overall worth it if you want them. Would love some more content and ideas on how to use them, too.

@@LairdRoss Not yet. I honestly hadn't given the loops much thought. I've typically used the landmine to supplement the main lifts, so this is new territory for me. My use has mostly been limited to various chest presses and rows. I find them a little too narrow to stand between them and be comfortable, so that has limited some exploration, as well. Does make me think, an attachment that connects the bars together would be well received.

I don't think any of the companies have created/came out with an attachment so it can be used as a leg press. I'm sure one could come up with something, a bar/platform to press, and safety arms so set the jammer arms at the needed height depending on the style of leg press you wanted to do. The angle Could be kinda weird for a leg press, and the weight limited, so I would say lacking for people that rep 800 to 1000lbs on leg press... but maybe usable for people that are working at the up to 500lbs for reps.

looking to get lever arms for a RML-390FULLW. these look pretty permanent (not easily detachable). is this true? are there any lever arms that I can easily remove after a workout? I intend to fold the rack away after each use.

Do these arms vs rogue need to have the rack bolted down? That’s a very important consideration because who wants to bolt down a cage to your garage floor if you can just buy stabilizers. The rogue sells mini feet but they don’t recommend using those and not bolt cage down to the floor with the LT-1. Rep sells feet stabilizers and they recommend you can use the ISO arms without bolting the cage to ground. So question is with rogue are they just being conservative and can you demo the rogue cage with mini feet and without bolting the cage? It’s a big point when committing to a cage. I just don’t seeing bolting a cage as option but wondering why both companies have vastly different recommendations on these arms given similar dimensions on pr5000 v2 and rogue monster series.

What's your opinion about the Sorinex J-Squat? Is it worth the money and space to upgrade to the Rogue Rhino dedicated belt system or does it make sense to save space and money with the J-Squat jammer arm belt squat attachment?

I would say go for the Rhino if you have the money due to the versatility if you have the space and money. But J-Squat is you need to save on space.

@@tonyallen3138 Thanks for the reply. When you say versatility, what are you referring to? I have the money and space to get the Rogue rhino, but I'm not sure whether it would be smarter to spend the space and money elsewhere, or if the rhino is that much better than the J-squat that it would just make sense to get the rhino. Basically, I could get either, but I could get more stuff if I got the J-Squat. In your opinion should I just go with the rhino or get the J-Squat?

Xavier Stephens what I mean is that the Rhino will provide more variations to different workouts you can perform depending if you perform the drop-in configuration vs stand-a-lone. You can use it as a pulley system to perform more than just the belt squat variant workouts.

Hi curious if a person can get 2 Athena's and also ISO arms? I realize the ISO has to be under the pulleys so for lat work would have to move iso arms farther down the bar but have you tried this or seen anybody do this?

I have a rogue RML-490C and the Rep arms. The arms only fit if I removed one piece of plastic and I can only use one pin to secure it. Pin takes a lot of force to put in

How much UHMW did you have to remove? Also, how is the stability with only one pin? I heard the side holes are slightly off from the RML and don't allow two 5/8 pins to lock in.

@@Team.Madman the arm swing assembly comes in two pieces. I remove the front uhmw plastic where swing arm touches the rack. Yes I can only get one pin in but since it's so tight on the rack I have no wobble. I actually have to hammer the pin in sometimes

Please make a video of you trying these on a rogue monster rack. There’s a dude that made a vid adding 3m felt tape on one side and made the j cups from rep fitness fit perfectly into a monster 3x3 one even with the .05 difference that rep fitness has. I know rogue will probably not like the vid, but I don’t think you would care about that too much anyway lol I just want to know if the 3m felt tape idea can help on the iso arms as well to make them fit into my rogue monster rack
