Great video! I'd be interested to learn more about Hedge Funds specialized in Commercial Real Estate by trading REITs mainly (Cohen and Steers, etc...)
I think a great video idea would be to do a deep dive on the typical role and responsibilities an associate level position on the GP side would have during the due diligence process. What should an associate be expected to handle once a deal is sourced and the underwriting is complete but the transaction is not closed?
