The thing Many people don’t realize is the fact that, a muliplayer spider-man game wouldn’t fully work, sure at first it would be a fun game, but eventually it would’ve gotten stale and things would start to go dry, just like you said, it’s annoying seeing people say “man this would’ve been so cool how could they scrap this?!” And not looking at the bigger picture

Gang. That’s literally describing Marvels Spider-Man 1&2. Don’t get me wrong they’re fantastic games but they get stale after you complete the story. Sure there NG plus but after you beat it 2 or 3 times again it’s stale. What they should’ve done is make it coop. That would’ve worked way better than a live service game, but your argument saying it would’ve got stale over time just doesn’t track well when both games spider man 1,2, and miles morales got stale. Coop would’ve been the way to go.

@@nbpblaqsheep My man, it’s a singleplayer game, you can still replay it if you want, but a multiplayer game is different, you have to keep adding content to keep players engaged to keep jumping back in and play with friends, on a singleplayer game, sure new content is gonna make you jump back in, but it’s not as if the game really depends on it, sure dlc would be pretty awesome, but for a live service game (which it was confirmed that the great web was going to be one) the pressure to add more content would have been more intense, not only that but you also have to have content for a battle pass, extra characters, constantly add villains and desing them for different realities and have extra things to do with friends, while a singleplayer game is much more focused on giving an overall experience from the get go, again extra content is good and keeps players jumping back in to the game to try the new things out

I agree! Fun concept, but problems outway it. - It's not an improvement, just a copy - Repetitive missions for co-op - Lack of content - High possibility of live service - Micro-transactions - Internet (Not everyone has 5/5 connection)
