First year is the worse year of residency training.. 2nd year and above has more responsibilities then becoming an Attending you’ll be on your own.. enjoy residency!!
Congrats on finishing your first year. Sad to hear about the bullying. You'd think doctors would be mature enough to avoid such behavior. Hopefully you can stop the cycle once you reach the higher years.

You got it right! It's not the sleepless nights and toxic duties that bother the young doctors. It's the malevolence of bully consultants and senior residents, who are notorious for intimidation and power tripping. I was a victim from clerkship until residency training.
