Yes..Its brought my pre dibeties blood sugar level to normal along with idea of eating vegetables before any meal by Jessie Inchauspé French Biochemist ..intermittent fasting done right with healthy food is game changer and major threat to pharma companies..no wonder this kind selective chosing of data is getting highlighted.. Few points 1. only 400 out of 20K people did so called time bound eating which really cant be catogorized as intermittent fasting as No questions asked if they had a a sugary drink in this so called no eating period. Mind you this is was self reporting. 2. 27% of these 400 people were smokers. So most of these 400 didnt do healthy intermittent it was just ignorant eating. 3. This is pre pandemic data 2018. most of these 400 would have also died due to heart complications after covid which has become common these days

Yes. It helped me in bringing down my fasting blood sugar level to normal. I am curious about who funded this research.

Hi Faye/ team, I have a feedback regarding this video. The opening "Intermittent fasting can increase your risk of heart attack by 91%" followed by "This was a giant headline we all read across social media..." caused worry, followed by relief. I'm unsure if that was the purpose, but having followed your work over the years, I'd like to think it was unintentional. It could've been better if presented the other way around. May be something like "A giant headline we all read across social media, that intermittent fasting can increase your risk of heart attack by 91%, may need a closer look" would have been a lot better. This video was supposed to criticise a clickbait headline but opened with an alarming line as a hook. I hope this can be considered, moving forward. Thank you for your work!

It's click bait and they capitalized on it. I would say that's the best approach to increase engagement and then providing with valuable info. I'm avid intermittent faster, I'm well aware of how false it is still i clicked right away seeing this from feye having a lsight doubt "could it be" 😂😂😂 and girl I was wrong. I love it. Finally she's embracing how to play the game, as long as they provide actual truth following it then it's all good. Jist like dhruv rathe or many youtubers in online space. Love & appreciate your intension though!

Referring to the subject matter. Intermittent fasting is leading a healthy life. I am following it because of my lowerback issues. U can eat everything (no food restrictions, besides added sugars & sweets ... tho jaggery content allowed, sugar-free ice cream allowed too!), daily on an eight hour fixed time schedule. Once your body gets used to the fixed schedule, it becomes an eating fixed time habit. Surely, u can consume 1 tbs of pure ghee post one of the meals schedule too, within the 8 hours only and follow it up with a glass of lightly hot water. With intermittent fasting, you tend to skip one meal (either b'fast, lunch or dinner). So if u start with a heavy b'fast at 8:30am, then u finish with a an early dinner at 4:30pm (8 hours). Off the 16 hours, ensure you get 8 hours of good restful sleep. Then u are left with 4 hours pre-b'fast and 4 hours post-early dinner. Be sure to have sufficient water during the other hours but not in excess.

When i decide to fast the devil tempts me to eat more 😂😅 Anyways, absolutely great topic Faye to bring up. I dont believe alone intermittent fast can do this damage there are many more reasons are applicable in my opinion. If we consider this research basis on American folks then it may stand corrected to some extent as the amount of salt and sugar usage in any food is way too high in US.Which means a body all year have been consuming lots of salts and sugar which apparently have damaged the body organs in some way.A intermittent fast may trigger resulting heart disease or many more such things. Rather a controlled usage of salt and sugar can make a huge impact over heart disease than that of a intermittent fast

I just flew to Mumbai and back from Bangalore. The pilots were foreigners. Do we have a shortage of Pilots-Indian Pilots. On the larger question: With the boom in the Indian Aviation Industry, do we have adequate Air Traffic Controllers, ground and security personnel. Do we have the skilled personnel to handle the daunting logistics required to run an Airport?

Fasting has been the most important body changing phenomenon which many ayurvedic studies have been practicing from centuries. Almost all religions have idea of fasting for a reason... These are all private companies funded research to suit their business... For instance breakfast was never a part of our diet patterns but later private companies came out with research how important it is and therefore they profited by selling more breads, cornflakes, musli etc.
