Josh has been showing his true colors lately. Listen closely and you will catch him slipping letting his true feelings out. I cant stand him! I also find it so degrading how rich talks about poor tracy and changing her poopy diapers, having diarrhea, shaving her private parts, how she cheated on him, whose his kids real fathers etc, if she ever comes out of her condition and back to normal how can that poor lady ever show her face in public again!?! Not a good look for a "rescue"

I lost rays too. I had multiple rays arrive in very bad condition. However they all would have survived if I had a more ideal situation for housing them. Basically aggression and sickness would have been easier to manage if I had the tank space to move things around and isolate and nurse sick or injured rays back to health. I can't speak for OFR but from what I saw it would seem they had the same issue just 4x larger level. If they had the resources to isolate every sick ray by itself they probably wouldn't have had as many losses. Also worth mentioning that shipping fish especially huge adult fish causes them immense stress and brings out diseases and sickness that may not have shown any issues before shipping. Over all I think the whole situation was successful. There was bound to be losses and we all worked together to save as many rays as we could. Just the fact that any rays made it across the country in that type of move is incredible and everyone involved deserves props for helping make it happen

It was always going to be a near impossible job to send that amount (and size) of fish out and get the same amount back again. If there were any fish sold off then that is nobodies business anyway unless it was their fish

that sounds about right. i know from personal experiance that the bigger and older the fish the harder they are to travel and thats just 10-20 miles so id say it was a job well done by all involved. lucky they saved that many of them.

I have been to the OFR. Big Rich has got a huge heart. Rich and Josh are completely passionate about fish!! You will always have casualties at this magnitude. It wouldn't surprise me. Some of the rays were sold and died. Unfortunately, it happens. Imagine if there was no Ohio Fish Rescue?

Actually just heard about all these feuds with OFR, I quite surprised, I know none of these people personally but judging from their vids they all seem like good people

There will always be casualties in fish rescue...... OFR do amazing considering their hefty overheads and constant round the clock work. If anyone knows how much money and dedication it takes to keep one large fish tank they will understand the magnitude of their work. I have tried so hard to spot issues with their set ups in all their videos and I cant find anything bad to say about how they maintain or care for thousands of fish... from their house!!! I love Ohio Fish Rescue! Stop reaching.

I think those rays are dead and they whoever sent them didnt want the backlash that would come with that could hurt they business. Some people like fish but most like money more. And if it’s an opportunity to make money off of fish they will exploit and the fish health and well-being Dnt matter, OFR seem like genuine guys to me it’s not many on YT like them. some buy fish they can’t house just for content.

It seemed like there was a time when the Aquascape team that built the OFR pool pond wanted to visit and film how well their filtration system was handling the incredible load of forty sting rays plus all OFR's monster fish. But when the Rays started to dwindle after a few months for whatever reason (fighting, mating attempts, illness?) the idea was forgotten and they began to distance themselves from OFR. I know OFR mentioned a turtle attacked two Rays that got trapped behind a decorative background but it seems like more than that went unaccounted for.

There's basically no evidence whatsoever. If all you have are rumors and overly dramatic pauses this video shouldn't have been made imho. Trying to drag someones name through the mud with zero evidence is not a good look. Was a struggle just to finish watching it.

Dunno I have mix feelings with Ohio fish rescue more seems like thy are more open to others if it benefits them. Thy are not open to outsiders to adopt smaller fish. I feel like thy flip these monster fish after getting it for free how does someone just drop off a $3k golden Fish? Or albinos for free?
