I see Jason Lee every once in awhile in Denton when he's working in his photo studio. He keeps it pretty low-key and wants to raise his family here. Very nice dude trying to live a normal life in this small town. I bartended one of his art events recently and he was very kind and grateful. Cool to see a town I love recognized in this video!

Way to go Jason! Breaking free of Hollywood, scientology to be free to do what you want in life!

He lives in my hometown Denton, Texas now. We see his heavily bearded self walking the square from time to time.

I worked on MNIE for a couple years. Jason is a very friendly and kind person. I did notice he always had an AD or handler next to him. Lee suffers from a form of social anxiety according to the 2nd AD, but it didn't see so to me. Lee and Ethan both had matching french fry oil powered Mercedes-Benz.

Jason Lee lived in my city in Texas up until about a year ago. He still comes around every now and again. He had art showcase for his own photography here in town. He was there apparently. I missed it, though. Edit: Yeah! He says it in the video. Denton, Texas is the place. I'm not aware of him still being here, but Denton is a cool place. Usually referred to as a "hipster" town for the most part, but less stereotypical I would say. It's a really artsy place nonetheless.

As a fellow Dentonite and film shooter.. we are happy to have him here in Denton! (well just outside of Denton.) I've seen him out and about every now and then, great guy with a heart of gold. His last photo show here in town was phenomenal !

I watch very little TV, almost no movies, but I did watch every episode of My Name is Earl. This show is really all I know him for, but to see him in a more regular look is quite amazing in contrast. I didn't expect him to be such a cool guy lol.

Jason Lee is a legend! He was a pro skater at such a young age. He even had his own show that is a little dull but people love it still! This man is underrated

Plus... 'Jeff Bebe' of Stillwater in Cameron Crowe's 'Almost Famous'. Man.

He also played as Smokey Floyd on Raising Hope

Loved watching my name is earl when I was younger . And I can’t forget how cool I thought he was after seeing him on THProject8

Growing up a skater Jason Lee's style in my opinion was the raddest, I'd even compare to the father's of street skating, Tommy Guerrero and Natas Kaupas; so he was a very influential figure. Seeing how popular Stereo Skateboards have become in younger generations, makes me so happy to see him back in skateboarding after acting.

I searched it up and it just says that he hasn't been called and told to be in any movies since then,I guess that's why we haven't been seeing him in any movies but don't know if it's true or not.
