What? WHAT?` That is basically a mini Thors hammer Amazing
howl and flame occupy the same buff slot (body buff) and dont stack iirc

Ah, good point.
How does the scaling work since it goes into 4 different stats? And do I need minimum stats in all these stats to get the best result?

You'll gain increased ar from all the stats. Though with cold, mainly str and Intel. You'll need the minimum to use the weapon, but don't have to invest into intel/faith if you didn’t want to.
