Joint-venture development by Kraemer Land Company, Cardinal Development and Summit Development with the initial land acquisition of 97 gross acres of raw commercial land in Eastvale, CA. 71 Gross Acres sold to First Industrial Realty Trust (Phase 1). The remaining 26 acres will include development of small bay industrial, light industrial business park and free standing retail pads. To date, construction of two small bay distribution buildings, Eastvale 88 at 88,500 sq.ft. and Eastvale 60 at 60,025 sq.ft., have been completed and are each leased to full-building users. Additionally, +/-2.52 acres on the Northeast corner of Hellman and Limonite have been leased to Beyond Food Mart, a high image convenience store, service station, and car wash.
