The Rakes (feat. Bloc Party, Maximo Park & Towers of London) - 22 Grand Job *LIVE*
Музыка
When The Rakes lead singer, Alan Donohue, lost his voice before the band's 2005 Reading Festival set, the remaining members of the group were forced into asking for assistance from other artists on the bill that day. Here is a gloriously ramshakle and heroic performance of '22 Grand Job' feat. Paul Smith (Maximo Park) on vocals; Russell Lissack and Gordon Maokes (Bloc Party); and Donny and Dirk Tourette (Towers of London) as well as The Rakes themselves.
This track was recorded for NME magazine and released exclusively on the NME's free 2005 compilation CD, 'The Soundtrack of Your Summer.'
The original version can be found on The Rakes 2005 debut album 'Capture/Release' (V2 Records).
