I used to work in a motorbike shop in South shields in the late 70s and got to ride all the new bikes. A few still stick in my mind. Cbx 1000. Cbx550 kwak 500.yam 350/400. Any lightswitch power band motocross bike. Laverdas etc but i always loved riding the CG 125 with its easy going pushrod engine. Life is strange sometimes. 👍

My first bike as a kid was a CB125 from the early 1970s (the OHC version of the CG125). It was a retired delivery bike and it was in pieces (head was off for a new cam chain) - I wheeled it home carrying the engine in a bin bag. I learned how to put it together, learned how to get it running and learned how to ride on it. Happy, happy days! In hindsight the end result was a bobber, it had knobbies and was stripped down to bare essentials.

Who needs lots of CCs when you have a bike that is as sweet as a Springtime breeze? That little bike is a work of art from every angle. Minimalistic is some regards, but not so much that the bike appears fragile. The video itself is another work of art. Classic camera work mixed with some sharp bits of humor. I giggled like a school girl when that little red van was hopping over the bumps...and I'm a 50 year old big burly American man, so making me giggle like a school girl is quite a feat. Well done!

I was setting on it in my shed, thinking about what needs to be replaced, when the conversation about Kant and Nietzsche came up, and the video before talked about living in the present. ( The one with the bike surfing, lol) It got me tearing up thinking about my life up to this point. I need this bike as a symbol of repairing myself as much as I need a ride. Thank you for making such great bikes and great videos. You've given me alot of ideas for my "Memento Mori"

It is middle of September but still very hot here in Croatia. But man... I must say that I got some very serious chills down my arms when Mr. Brown, who was until that moment very... I wouldn't say optimistic but curious, if Harry could finish the motorcycle in the given time looked at his watch and slightly lost the spark of hope... He believes in Harry and even if Harry did not managed to do it, it wouldn't change Mr. Brown's opinion on him being the good man and great worker. Then he took his morning newspaper thinking "well it doesn't matter, he tried his best." And just about then, he was left in disbelief as he could hear, that once dead, roar in the background. And he knew. Harry did it. Just wow... You guys... From the music chosen for this video, choosing Trevor Sellers for the role and putting everything together. Your video "BOYS WILL BE BOYS" was my favourite up until now. Lost for words. Brilliant.
