The Purple Spot Part 1, Harrys Gold Mine

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

‪@mineoperator‬ returns to Harry's Gold mine with Greg, Chad and Harry to prospect more gold. The team sets out to repeat a bulk sample test previously done with Jason and Harry. The results were good. This spot of vein was left by Mr. Ingersoll's team in the 30's. The team sets up air lines, a compressor and attempt to mine a ton. There are obstacles in the way and we only had a day to sample. The team decides to head to another known spot and take a 300lb sample from the Purple Spot
In Part 2 ‪@mineoperator‬ will use the new Keene prototype double roller Jaw Crusher to mill the sample.
Stay tuned for the results.

As retired construction, usually working at elevations instead of on the ground, I really appreciate the dedication to safety you always show. To many just want to see gold, while seeing the entire process, and conflict/danger mitigation is much more informative and intetesting. Thank you for great content, and best of luck hitting that dream spot! Peace from Nebraska.❤😊

A past comment about the purple stuff was the microscopic gold made the rock look purple due to the way the light reflected off the red oxides, but we don't know.

Great video! Love your little jabs at Jason! When you're running air lines in the mine - get some quart size zip-lock bags with some rubber bands to protect the quick disconnects. Looking forward to part 2! The purple ore is incredible! Thumbs up! Be safe! Jim in Phoenix.

About the rocks outside...there are shoots construction uses on tall buildings. You would need a half "tube. Or start collecting used childrends slides? Slide rock down, pack into if it fits it ships USPS packages then PALLETIZE ON SITE. Then all you have to do is slap labels on packages and drop pallet off at bulk post office. TA DA! ONE TOUCH, QUICK SHIP! Also talk to Fed Ex and UPS to set up an account. 😎💖 From Minnesota

Love the Star Wars references too, you guys make it fun to watch!! I wanted to mentioned that I'm interested in the high grade ore that was mucked out to clear the portal you mentioned. I'd be happy with a USPS medium or large flat rate box, whatever works for you. The shipping on those boxes is really cheap, $18 or $25 considering how much you can load into them. Please let me know what you have in mind for purchasing the ore with shipping. Thanks!!

Also, you never know if a little ways to the right or the left of the vein they were working is not another, if not many other veins of equal, or possibly greater values that they just failed to find. A cross-cut drift could really help at this point.

Hi Terry! That's a great point. There's a mine to the north that widened to over 3', about 60' down. The first 60' was 4"-6" wide. Another thing worth noting is the grade jumped to 8opt Au! That might be reason enough to chase this vein.

Tip on an air line unfolding, especially a new one. Put a pipe on your heaving line and position the pipe in the centre of your roll of line. This allows the line to unroll in reverse of how it was rolled at the factory. You should think about anchoring the hole to the walls so you don’t have to go through this every time. Might be a time saver. On your vertical pipe. You should put a cup over the upper end of the pipe, made of 1/4 or 1/2” steel mesh. As bigger as you think the pipe will take without getting stuck, an plugging the pipe. You could so cut the pipe and add “clean outs” at each level,so you could send material down the same pipe from each level. The bucket handler could work some smaller areas between buckets. Have seen this “purple gold”? kzread.info/dash/bejne/lmqExdJyZJfZgqw.htmlsi=TLiYoq4qALC60q7X You guys are awesome!
