Saw the Furs approximate 6 times. They’re great live. Richard Butler LIVES to be on stage.

Had some headphones while at sea in the navy.....heard this song on there cd I just bought. I heard the lyrics and the world don't stop every time that she calls....resignated with me soo much. I was just broken up with...memories.

I saw them last night at the Stone Pony in Asbury Park, NJ. JUST AMAZING! Their unique sound and Richard's incredible voice just memorize me.

I was so into heavy metal during the eighties that I had blinders on to a lot of other Styles of music but now that I'm older I'm getting in to a lot of these bands I missed during the eighties and The Psychedelic Furs Are definitely one of those bands.

I am cursing myself out for not having seen them on that tour! That is precisely the way to perform that song, let the sax ride high during the crescendos. That is why the remix is so great, the sax is just front and center at the lead in and it soars. They played very close to me but it would have been worth the trip to Philly even.

Saw them in summer 2023 at Britt Festival in Southern Oregon. It was them and another 7 bands on an all 80's tour. Love those 80's festivals.

All these guys from that era do. Like nothing has changed. I think this was the peak of where we were at in western culture where we had the most varied and unique singers during that time. Now everyone just sounds the same and can't really even sing because they get help from technology. Like that guy really sings like that that's why he doesn't sound fucked up at all. That's his real voice.

Love it! So happy to see they even have Paul G (their original drummer on this song/from this era--they went through SO many drummers!). I saw them in L.A. last May at Cruel World Fest, and they had some young buck on the kit. He was good, but not the same as the (almost) original lineup. Richard's voice doesn't age. Spectacular!

I almost didn't click because many live performances feel underwhelming. That would have been a tragedy! This is a magnificent performance! 💜 this!

Love The furs. Brilliant live. Saw them in Brighton recently. Awesome.

The most underrated band ever! These guys are incredible genius's and you ask someone ever hear of them they say who? Sad but number 1 to the fans.

After all these years, his voice still sounds incredible. The rest of the band is kinda going through the motions, though. It's not like they're doing anything wrong, but they look a bit like sleepwalking (except for the sax man :D Pity.
