Hey, I did this recipe yesterday evening, and I am dipping a slice now in my morning coffee. Absolutely amazing taste! I've replaced the cottage cheese with some Greek Yogurt that brings the macros to 1142 kcal/cake, 108gP, 24gF, 160gC. Thanks for another successful recipe!

Great idea. It’s the same kind of nutrition you’d get from protein pancakes, but more portable. If I have to work an early shift, I could bring a slab of that bread and pop it in the toaster.

Been commenting on some of Felu's videos - that the recipes taste bland. This is the fourth recipe I try and I have to say - it is good. It is more of a cake than bread but still - it is moist, sweet enough and you get the apple taste. Best one so far ( out of the pumpin and banana bread and the cheesecake). Slight adjustments - you can use 25 grams stevia instead of 30 if your apples are sweet enough. Also I used 3 whole eggs instead of the egg and eggwhites. The oats I blended, but not to a flower, but to slightly smaller than steelcut oats. Great recipe!

I've been remaking your bread over and over again with 250g Ricotta as a base. I'm probably nr 1 ricotta consumer in the entire EU, and often buy too much of it so gotta use it whenever I can so it won't go bad (i always buy the smooth Italian one from auchan, that's made with original recipe with no cream or anything else added, it's the best ricotta in the world). It comes out super moist and absolutely delicious sliced with berries, yogurt and some jam on top :) Jonagold/Jonagored apples seem to work the best for me. As for the powder, it does rise better with whey but I kinda like the consistency when made with PESCIENCE protein mix which is whey/casein blend. Thank you for this recipe! Oh and have you tried baking this as jumbo muffins? I wonder what temps and time would be good for oven or maybe even airfyer

Damn that looks amazing! I think I will make it the same way, just put some sliced apples with cinnamon and maybe a bit of honey mixed together on top... does it add extra calories? Well.. yes.. but damn this whole thing has calories like a chicken breast.. you could dip it in caramel sauce and still get a healthy food like that. Great idea, looking forward for trying that out!

My bread has a considerably browner crust on top, even though I followed the recipe exactly as shown, and I even used the exact same baking tin (from "Kaiser", 25 cm tin). I put my oven on 160° C and top-bottom-heat setting (German: Ober-Unterhitze). Is my oven maybe just more powerful, or should I have used another oven setting? Maybe it is the baking soda that caused a lot of browning, but I used just a flat teaspoon, as he does in the video (along with 2 teaspoons of baking powder).

Mine came out a little overcooked on the top, wondering how to avoid that? Also the centre collapsed down considerably after cooling. Tastes pretty good though 👍 I'm wondering if the texture might be improved with Casein powder instead of whey? Also think I might throw a few raspberry pieces in just before baking for a little flavour pop 😋

If you are in Europe and have access to Alpro products it will definitely work with their Skyr Style (in some countries it's called Greek style, but it's the same yogurt). It's super dense and creamy. You can either go with natural one or use Vanilla one as well.
